Bad customer service and short on employees. This is literally the worst restaurant for a delivery driver. When you get an order after they close doors, most of the time you literally have to wait 1 hour for drive thru. As a GrubHub driver this really sucks because why would I want to wait for an hour at the drive thru just for 1 order that pays only $8 while I could easily unassign it? They must have a delivery window for drivers like McDonald's. When you don't have a delivery window or you don't let delivery drivers bypass the 1 hour line, no driver will want to wait that long. This is not sustainable. They should at least let delivery drivers come inside and take the order instead of waiting at the drive thru.

I ordered in the drive-thru and as soon as I pulled up to the window to get the order, the manager snapped his figures at the lady as to say hurry up. I could not believe it as I just pulled up. The service was already fast. I thought that was very rude. Guy with glassed maybe bald, Caucasian. Very very rude and out of place. The lady was moving quick already
The quality of the food is on par with other Wendy’s. I’ve only done drive-through and have never had any issues with the service. The workers there are friendly. You can order via the app and pick up with ease.

Soft drink from tap tastes like bathroom detergent or cleaning soap. Burger is fine, nothing special. Restaurant is understaff and wait time can be long during busy hours. I like the high ceiling near the street. If you don’t want an upset stomach and detergent taste in your mouth, avoid the drinks.
