They have certainly done better by hiring new staff. The people working the morning shift are wonderful. I would not have said the same a couple of months ago but I have definitely noticed the difference with this new staff. You guys do a great job!
The food here is mediocre. the grilled cheese is okay, they just don't toast it all the way, it's as if the cheese is still the same way as if it was cold. also the snackin bacon just tastes odd. the frozen hot chocolate tastes bland, and the hash browns are raw somewhat

Now I can see why this place gets suck bad reviews. The girl that took my order was new but so nice and everyone else was joking around. My drink was gross... just a cup of milk. I tossed it immediately.
