“Great sushi with good flavor combos. I enjoyed all my rolls (tokyo, omori kaigan, jalapeno toro). Reasonable prices and if you spend $50 they allow you to choose a free app. They offer lunch specials. Nice surprise was that they offer fried ice cream as a dessert, and it was great. Have been searching for a replacement place for fried ice cream since my last place no longer offers and this is my new spot! Service was good.“

“On our Wednesday Night Culinary 🧑‍🍳 Travels we ended up in Roslindale Village at The Village Sushi & Grill🥢. We sat outside on the Patio and were Greeted by our Waitress who was Welcoming and Helpful with Menu choices. She took our Drink and Appetizer orders for the 😋Tempura Starter, 😋Chicken on Skewer, 😋Don Shumai (deep fried), 😋Scallion Pancake, Sushi Starter, 😋Miso Soup,😋 Unagi (Eel) Sushi and an Entree of Bui-Go-Ki 😋. Everything was 😋 Delicious and Tasty. 😋 The Drinks were Ice Cold 🍷🍻. The Service was Excellent 👍.

“Enjoyed the 갈비 비빔밥 (Galbi Bibimbap) which is essentially marinated beef short rib in a mixture of white rice and fresh vegetables and a fried egg. It was delicious and an enjoyable experience watching the food cook in the hot bowl right in front of me. The rice at the bottom crisped up and gave the dish that extra crunch I was not expecting. It was a pleasant surprise and I'd come again.“

“Tori Japan is probably the most affordable healthy meal you can find anywhere in Boston. You will pay under $11 includes taxes for chicken , shrimp, vegetables with rice. It always last me two meals because I can't eat the whole thing. The staff is kool never had any issues with disrespect. I go there about 3-5 times a month. I highly recommend them.“

“I believe this is the best place to get sushi in East Bridgewater the food is very good and they have a variety of things you can get. I do recommend if you have a big appetite like I do get 2 orders of Sushi. Other than that the servers are very nice and polite. “Very accessable and right across from Popeyes at the Westgate Mall. Also near Market basket in a building next door to the mall. There is handicap parking in front of the Mall entrance but not a lot of it. Sarku is on your right as you enter the Mall. They are wide open to enter. There are booth seats and a restroom. The restroom does not have automated door but does fit a wheelchair. We get takeout usually and the meals are plentiful and tasteful. We usually order chicken on fried rice and veggies with sauce on top. Never had a problem or had to wait too long. Plenty to choose from !“

“I used to go every week with my best friend and this is the place I take everyone who visits Massachusetts. This is my all-time favorite restaurant and there is nothing I crave more than the delicious kimchi broth. The servers are all really nice and easy to talk to. You can order as much as you like and even order seconds. It’s around 30 per person and that’s very good to me as you don’t need breakfast nor dinner because you will be so full and happy. Overall, if you are choosing somewhere to eat I would go here every time.“

“Mai Place is not a large place, but the food is very good. Every time we have eaten here we have not been rushed and the staff was very helpful in helping to choose a specialty dish. There were several takeouts while we waited for our food to come to the table and everyone looked happy to receive their food package. We definitely will be returning to enjoy the food here at Mai Place.“

“What happened? Are there new owners? This used to be the best Chinese Restaurant on par with China Temple in Brookline. The people at the front desk are very rude & not at all welcoming, & the take out food was terrible ( no inside dining during CIVID). I don’t mind paying their new higher prices, but do not cut back on the food quality. You have lost a long time customer.“
