Dunkin is a restaurant with a mixed experience. While some visits have been marred by poor service, including issues with orders and staff communication, others have been positive. The manager is often praised for being friendly, hardworking, and caring about customers and employees. Recently, one customer had a frustrating experience with an incorrect drink order but noted that the manager was super nice and helped resolve the issue. The staff is generally courteous and kind, and one employee, who was very sharp and on-top-of-it, received special mention for efficiently managing orders and ensuring customer satisfaction. Dunkin also offers ample parking and is kid-friendly, featuring a seasonal mural and Christmas tree that changes with the seasons. Overall, while there are occasional hiccups, many customers appreciate the effort of the team, especially the manager, and the atmosphere remains welcoming.
