Frankie & Dia's Ice Cream and Hot Cocoa

Ice cream and is service good. First I went i got 2 scoops it was good but the second I got Oreo sundae with oreos on top it was amazing. The 5 stars in for taste,service,and time not very busy so it's in and out.

Don’t order the brownie sundae. It comes in a tall cup. All of the fudge was put in the cup first. Then ice cream and brownie. Definitely not what I am used too. This should be served in a bowl with hot fudge on top, not on the bottom. Threw it away as all it tasted like was a McFlurry. Not what I paid for.

The first time I went IT WAS GREAT !!!The 2nd time I went the girl asked me what I want, she gave the guy the order he looked like he hated his job or just hated people in general … I asked for the frapp extra thick (WITCH I PAID 2$ exa for) and ASKED FOR NO OREOS n the franky n dia frapp wth extra peanut butter!! I got a milk shake wth THICK NASTY CHUNKS OF FUDGE LIKE HAIR IN A STRAW!! I got oreaos all the the bottom and no extra peanut butter !!! So I said maybe it was just him ! So I went back weeks later asked for the same thing !! Hoping it would be like the first time I got it !!!IT WAS EVEN WORSE SAME THICK CHUNKS OF FUDGE like there fudge is cold n not warmed , this time it was like a water / milkshake wth greets of peanut butter and STILL OREAOS AT THE BOTTOM I even gave them a tip BOTH TIMES IDK FOR WHAT .. I had given it to them first before the shake was made , so I told my self ONE MORE TIME n I would not be returning!! (It’s the only ice cream place near by ) so I went A4th time just as gross tasted like milk I said to the young girl this is not thick all she said was I added extra milk WITCH I DIDNT ASK FOR !! DIDNT ASK IF I WANTED IT MADE OVER JUST SAID SORRY ! Ridiculous ten dollars for a cup of milk wth gross chunks of fudge grained peanut butter !!! There are so many different workers in and out they need better training and to be told to at least pretend to like there job !! 30$ wasted on frappes I didn’t eat even my 8 year old daughter was disgusted wth the fudge chunks !!! They boys that work there at night also get upset if u come past 830pm cause there cleaning the machines and want to leave I take it !! So they get attitudes when u ask for a frapp when they are Already cleaned it !! The place closes at 9 tho so u would think it would not be a problem!!

One of the best ice cream places around. Creamy, delicious, and fresh. You have to try it!! Enjoy!

Great ?! The service could be better and they need to check products to make sure they’re clean I had a hair in my shake. When I brought it up to their attention, they did not care!
