The first time going and we will never go back. I never write bad reviews but the service was horrible. We had a reservation at 6pm and we were seated almost 30 minutes later, which we completely understand on a busy night. However to be told to hurry up and leave after only being seated for 1 hour with a party of 10, because there was another reservation at 7pm was very rude. The waitress didn't even ask anyone if we'd like dessert, just brought the bill. Threw away half of our friends drink before he was even done. Do better with your reservations. I have never been to a restaurant and told to leave, terrible experience.

Okay so first time I went for my birthday dinner and servers couldn’t be more rude and asking for tips (more than what we already gave) at the end when we already paid the bill. So this year we gave a second chance to this place and still servers are awful asf. We had 5 adults and one baby and when they gave us the check the tips was already added on it 🙉. The customers service people said it was mandatory because it was a party of 6 people. We all literally wanted to tip the chef because he deserved but not to the servers tbh. I’m sorry but if it’s A TIP CUSTOMERS ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO TIPP YOU IF THE CUSTOMERS DONT FIND YOU DID A GOOD SERVICE. They always was giving attitude and turning their eyes to the customers. Besides that, food was good first time was better than this last time but whatever. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY ON THIS PLACE.

We ordered 4 shrimp tempuras which was for 4 individuals.. all 4 orders came in one container. There should have been 32 pieces altogether, but there were 20 pieces in total. It was annoying to have to divide between the 4 of us. The shrimp tempura was also super bland in taste and fell apart. My daughter who loves sushi, came out of her room, and said it wasn’t good. We also order a pad thai that literally tasted like noodles, salt and had a fishy after taste and smell. I will not be ordering from this place again. By far the worst sushi we’ve had. I do not recommend this place at all.

I ordered two distinct sushi rolls from this restaurant. When my order arrived, I saw that the two orders had been put in the same container. This is how they package orders, unless there is an allergy, I was informed when I contacted to ask why it was assumed that the order was for the same person. It was the first time and will be the last time ordering there sadly. If given that they were for two distinct families, how might I divide this order up? The disregard for someone's hard-earned money from some businesses is something I cannot understand and refuse to understand. So sad!

Birthday hibachi, large group, seated for a while before actually getting served. 7p reservations, 8-9p dinner finally cooked. Everyone (11 people out of 13) enjoyed their food so overall I can't complain. I guess it just comes down to a preference.

Dietary restrictions: Definitely some cross contamination for shellfish allergies (wondering if in the sauce used in hibachi) but everyone else seemed to enjoy it

Collin is HANDS DOWN, the BEST bartender service worker I have EVER ENCOUNTERED. He’s the reason I go to sakuna and he’s the reason I keep going. He makes my dinner experience even better every single time I come in. I look forward to going to dinner but only if I know he’s working. He’s become a part of my dining experience and I don’t want to go anywhere else Colin isn’t. He’s the hardest worker I know however he’s also the most supportive, respectful, polite and genuine person I know. He listens and make sure you get exactly what you want food or drink wise. But also I’ll come in and if I’ve had a bad day I try to just shrug it off but he can pick up on it and he just knows the right thing to say to be there for you. Favorite bartender award goes to Colin. He’s the reason I’ve become a regular. - Ashley

Made a reservation for a Birthday dinner. We did an earlier time and were seated promptly. Plenty of open tables and seating around. We were pushed to order rather quickly. The hibachi and other food items were good, food tasted good and portions were decent. The hibachi cooking itself was also okay. The lack of stars is for what I consider extremely rude service. Before we were even close to done eating they brought out take-out containers and then plastic bags and kind of tossed them at those of us still finishing our meals. Dropped off the check without offering dessert, maybe they don’t have desserts? Anyways, We went up the road to another place to continue our evening and get some dessert, seemed to spoil the experience. We won’t be going back. I’ve had other hibachi in the Boston area and will go elsewhere next time.

Soft shell crab sushi was perfectly cooked. Broth had a good taste, hibachi was good. The chef was great and very entertaining.
