Worse burger king in history . Imagine opening a business and allow employees ruin it for you . When your business close down they will get another job . Clean your business before it’s too late .. your staffs are horrible

Oof…. Haven’t been here in about 4 months… went last night NOT A SOUL THERE and we pulled up to the first window to pay (the gentleman working was super nice) so we pay then go to pull up to the second window, he tells us to stop and wait at the first window… ok. So after about 6 minutes goes by and extreme awkwardness he tells us “we’re in competition with other locations and we want our time to be good so we ask you stay at this window until your food is done” ok… so you’re basically BSing your times. Whatever. But why did we wait for 10 minutes for our food to be cooked? He told the lady over the headset to add BBQ and Zesty sauce in the bag. Guess what was missing in our bag? BBQ and zesty sauce.. so I go inside for them. 3 workers all staring at me then hiding behind a wall to not help me. After 3 minutes goes by and not a soul in the place but workers ignoring me I say “can I please just get my sauces that should’ve been in the bag I waited for, for 10 minutes in the drive thru”? There’s definitely a lot this location needs to work on. Including the attitudes on the older females that ignore you at the front desk. The only pleasant one was the guy working at the first window.

Place sucks. Ordered from Uber Eats last week and paid for 10 sauce packets. They gave me two. Just paid for fifteen through Uber Eats and recieved two. Place is absolute garbage. They don't even answer the phone. Do NOT go here.

The girls who serve at the front are always on their cell phone. Last Friday I was going to leave without my food because the girl at the front was very rude but a fat short-haired girl in the back helped me if it hadn't been for her I'm leaving without my food after I pay for it

Door says open til 10pm. Doors were locked at 945 when we stopped to use bathroom and get drinks. Employees closing early for no reason. What can ya do.

I hate burger king but scince my local McDonald's was closed I had to go there, and when I was there I ordered the 8 piece chiken fries,and the chiken fries are just horrible they are just so dry,but any way so when I get my 8 piece back I look at it AND THEY GAVE ME FOUR TRASH FRIES and I ordered an 8 piece. This is not the first time this has happend but this made me so mad. So never go to burger king it sucks

Horrible place , i don’t know why they are still open, the drive thru girl was very disrespectful, doesn’t know what s the meaning of customer service, she s very mean and so impatient, still don’t know why she’s still working there and specially on a drive thru. Terrible experience here.. waited in the drive thru and no one took my order.. I assumed the speaker was broke . Pull up to the window and she said I needed to go back around and order at the speaker.. I explained I just tried that and nobody was answering. She then told me she could not take my order and slammed the drive-thru window on me

Idk who keeps putting they close at midnight but I've literally never seen them open past 1030pm. One of the better Burger Kings. Definitely beats the Stoneham one.
