This Caffé Nero is a great location. The staff are all very friendly and it's a very convenient place to come get some work done if you need a workspace.

I was a little put off to walk in and an executive was making demands at the staff in front of me, and also invading my personal space while I was standing in line. He seemed to be complaining about how the display case looked to other staff, but did so extremely unprofessionally and with no awareness of paying customers around him. He killed the vibe of the quiet and quaint atmosphere!
Otherwise the staff is always wonderful, and the barista I had today was so kind. Hope this reaches the higher-ups.

They have gluten free oatmeal so I could eat something while enjoying my hot tea. Because the food looks amazing. My husband enjoyed whatever glutinous, tasty baked good he ordered.

The crumb cake and apple bread are incredibly smooth and buttery. The cider is perfectly hot and spiced. Croissants are good but nothing remarkable. Very cozy but could do with more tables. Line gets backed up quick. Could spend several hours here.
Parking: Small adjoining lot in front, larger but still small in back.
Kid-friendliness: Often used by older people and studying college students. Not much family sized seating.

One of my favorite places for coffee and to meet with friends! The staff are all amazing! Love Trever, Josh, Wyatt, Tasha, and Alex! Food is delicious and the coffee is amazing!
Ambience is great. Chill place to relax or get some work done. Service is great - friendly and efficient. Food is pre-made and then reheated and it’s all just sitting out mostly uncovered. The hardboiled eggs I got were covered with fibers and dust. I had to return it for a refund. Noticed that it is super grimy behind the counter and there’s flies present. Consistent with many other reviews of the place. Would not come again.

Great coffee, service, and vibe. I had a hot latte which was prepared well and promptly. I had no complaints about the normal functions of getting coffee here, however, I am subtracting a star for an unusual reason: the men's bathroom is quite unpleasant. The toilet has poor water pressure resulting in not completely flushing even when holding the handle down. The sink handle is also rusted and barely operates for the purpose of washing one's hands. This place needs some serious plumbing work! I'm not going out of my way to be funny, but if coffee runs right through you, maybe consider going home right away instead of trying the facilities here! Get your delicious coffee to go.. haha!

First off, I love coming to this place, the quality is great. I'm having an issue with pricing consistency. I went on two separate occasions this week, ordered the same exact thing, and was charged two different prices. That can't happen.
