I love the atmosphere, but guys, take out the garbage or get rid of the pots with standing water! The numbers of fruit flies flying around in your store continues to be annoying. This has been going on now for two months!You do well in terms of unique atmosphere otherwise, and the male baristas are the top in terms of friendly service. I really love your shop.But please get rid of the flies.

Worse, I believe these are drain flies, not fruit flies. I agree, they're everywhere and on everything. I thought it was me until I saw other customers swatting them away as well. I had to leave the last two times I visited as they got worse the longer I sat....they found me.

We like this CN location a lot. Probably one of our favorites. Very cozy & great service. Yet, the very last time we were there, we had 2 issues; there was a considerable amount of fruit flies, & the thermostat temperature was so high inside that we had to walk outside for a bit to cool down.We hope the management can take care of those issues asap because we love to hang out there.

I stopped in to order a drink. There were two people waiting at the far end of the counter, no one else was in line , so I stood behind them assuming that was where the line started. When they got their order I stepped up to the counter. The woman asked if I was picking up. I indicated that I wanted to order. She seemed to be a little annoyed, but took the order. When I was paying she said "And for next time you entered at the wrong end the line starts at the other end. " How is this even a problem, or worth mentioning when it in no way effects the flow. Again, two people in line. Her tone was rude and the comment was unnecessary . I made sure that she saw me hit no tip option. Also, I am pretty sure that I was given a small mug but paid for a medium.

I usually like Nero over others because the ambience is warm, calm and cozy, but people at this brunch serve you as if you were bothering them, which kills all the charming magic of the Nero spirit

I love the concept, super cute, the coffee drinks are good. I agree with another reviewer, I think the Board of Health should go in the number of flies that were all over the place, it was hard to enjoy my food. They were around my head and all over the counter. Looks like they need more help, I think the dirty dishes is why the number of flies were around.. I don't think I'll go back again.

Absolutely horrible customer service the moment we walked in we were taunted by this blonde woman with bangs. She told us we’re not in line while there was no line at all. Later on our kids were playing she came up to us and said that they were too loud and people are studying. Then my friend asked for ice and she rolled her eyes at her. If this woman is so miserable why is she even working there. We paid about $13 for our food I wish we didn’t bother coming here. It was 5:30 pm on a Sunday when she told us to pretty much manage our kids. The moment we walked out about 3 people walked out too. Just don’t bother here they have terrible customer service. The other tall girl with the nice lashes gave good customer service. The other lady was terrible. If you have kids just don’t go here.

I'm not sure what happened to this place but the board of health should make a visit. The bathrooms are deplorable. Like they haven't been cleaned in months. There's bugs on the counter and trash. It's disgusting!

Wouldn't use my reusable mug when every other Nero does. No reason why just they can't. They offered to put in a paper cup and poor into my mug??? Missing the point of a reusable mug.

I've been coming here for years, but the last few months have been disgusting. I overheard they have new management and owners - what a shame. The place is crawling with roaches and flies are everywhere. The place also smells like a urinal. And I dont think it's the employees fault, because they are always super busy and running around. I hope corporate management reads this and spends a little extra money trying to keep this place clean again. I won't be coming back until the bugs aren't crawling in peoples coffees.
