We have been to Cal’s a few times recently since moving to North Reading. The service and food have always been good. Yesterday we came hangry at a busy time and had to wait for a bit longer than expected with two young kids. The owner was very apologetic, brought over another serving of French fries to apologize and then also ended up giving us a gift card for the entire price of our food because of the inconvenience of waiting. Place a takeout entree order for broccli. rabe and penne, they say they dont have but its on the menu? This is second time different order, this is a sandwich pizza shop they should not offer entrees, go to an italian restaurant

We were visiting from Florida and was told we had to go Regina’s pizza so we did. Well we were not satisfied. It’s was average. So we found Cal’s and gave it a try. It was literally the best pizza and wings and ice cream we’ve ever had! The people were so friendly and upbeat. The restaurant was so clean and very well managed. If I lived here this would definitely be my #1 go to restaurant. I give this a perfect 5 🤩🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟
