Lets start off by saying that I had intended to eat at Longhorn, but the wait time was too long. So Chili's it was(I was not disappointed as I eat there back home). Now the place was packed but once seated our server Austin...*slams table* šāāļø was amazing. He took our drink order, gave us some time and brought us our food promptly. I never order water at my Chili's at home...the water here...CRISP!š§ 10/10. My best friend got the loaded š„ potato soup...CHUNKY AND NOT WATERY. 10/10. Our steak...PERFECTIONš¤š¼. Austin circled back and dropped off refills that were much appreciated with questions of dessert. Which came out with extra ice cream and chocolate(our request)! If we're ever back in the area we'll definitely be back. Thank you for the best ending to a great day!

when i went there with my whole family and we parked in the back of the entrance we saw 2 dead rats just laying there it was nasty. Also the service was not good we had a spanish lady that barely understanded English and kept forgetting about our drinks.But other than that the food was super good and if you need an idea off a food option I would tell you to order the three for me with potato soup and bacon ranch and cheese qesadilla.

Fajitas completely void of any taste. Steak wasnāt sliced properly. Rice was three shifts old, almost burnt from sitting in the service tray.
Service was fast and pleasant.
Iām kind of shocked because Iāve never had a bad experience at a Chiliās and Iāve dined at the original in Texas. Do better Reading.

The only reason why I gave it a 2 was because of my waitress Linda who receive me with a pleasant smile and attitude. The hostess (2 girls)you had this evening are just in the front gossiping and not paying attention to your walk in clients. I had to stop there conversation with can I be help?! Because they donāt acknowledge no one. But Linda was amazing!
My family and I visited Chiliās recently, and sadly the experience was not what we hoped for. We were seated at the bar, where the bartender, Glenda, treated us very differently from other customers. My family doesnāt speak English very well, and from the moment we sat down, her attitude toward us felt cold and dismissive. Meanwhile, we watched her interact warmly and cheerfully with other guests. When I finally asked if something was wrong, her response didnāt feel sincere. It was especially disappointing because Glenda is also an immigrant, and itās sad to see other immigrants treating fellow immigrants with less kindness and respect. We simply wanted to enjoy a meal together, but we left feeling unwelcome. I hope management addresses this, because every customer deserves equal respect, regardless of language or background.

Good food, good wait staff! Take out boxes are worst design ever, Top lid looks very similar to bottom but the top has holes in it, so easy to be up-side down and liquid is everywhere...Jagged botton, cannot get some of your food out of the dozens of nooks and crannies.
