Ex employee and present "regular"came in while my wife and I were having lunch,turns the tvs really loud and when my wife asks him to turn it back down he states I'm a regular I do what I want. After that he cusses at her. We leave on the way out my speaks to the manager and explains why we were leaving she says, Oh sorry about that and walks away. Never going back there again.

This was my first time ever eating at a Chili's, not just this location and I'm not sure how soon it will be before I give it a try again and certainly not at this one. We were seated quickly despite the fact that the restaurant was quite full. The food that we did receive was delicious-hot and well seasoned, but the service was seriously lacking. When we first arrived we ordered chips and salsa, which we never received, yet were still charged for on the bill. Then when we got our plates my son ordered the triple dipper, but one of the items was wrong. No biggie right? So we got the waiters attention, but instead of just acknowledging the mistake and swapping out the items, he argued with us how he didn't put the order in wrong and proceeded to pull out a menu and pointed to one of two pictures saying my son (who is 13 by the way and does know how to order food) pointed to the other one-he didn't. The waiter should have asked for clarification, but either way it would have been a real simple fix over two chicken tenders. He was hard to find throughout the entire meal when we simply wanted our waters refilled. We had to ask a waitress passing by for help and she did quickly remove the chips and salsa that were never delivered from our bill, but we never should have been charged in the first place. The whole experience was a shame, because I really did enjoy the food and would definitely eat it again, but this unfortunately is the closest location and I'm not spending any more money on that kind of service.

This meal was so dry, mashed potatoes supposed to be a confort food, but it was stiff, no flavor, cook forgot the shrimp so cold shrimp was added after. Very disappointed. My wings and drink was good until the main course ruin everything.

One of my favorite Chili’s. Great atmosphere! However, the food has deteriorated in quality and portions have gotten smaller. This is not okay as prices of dishes have gone up. After the last visit a month ago, I am not sure if I will go back. Food quality needs to improve.

Tonight my friends and i had the unfortunate experience of dining at the Reading chili’s. To start, we were waiting twenty five minutes for service. Many servers passed our table, and clearly noticed that no one had attended to us, still no change. when WE finally got someone’s attention she sighed and said she would get someone. When our server eventually got to us he was very dismissive about the wait and never addressed it. Three tables that came in after us had their meals by the time we were greeted. One of us ordered the boneless wings and when the dish arrived, the bones were in. very disappointed and we wiIll not be coming back to this location. If I could give 0 stars i would.

santa fe burger is good but you guys literally gave me 8 noodles for a side mac and cheese and a ton of cheese sauce.. not sure how this made it out of the kitchen. if someone’s paying almost 20 bucks for a burger, maybe make sure you give them more than 8 noodles for their side.
I've only had take out the past bunch of years, but it's always good, correct, no complaints. Occasionally I crave the Cajun pasta and they deliver! Burgers/apps good, too.
My family and I usually come here. We always have a great experience. However we went today and didn’t have a good experience. The food was stale cold and my child’s chicken tenders were over cooked so too Crispy. My wifes meal was also really cold and her ribs were hard. We don’t like to complain, and we we’re starving so we ate the food. However we did not enjoy our meals because of how cold it was. My plate was the fajita meal and when they brought that out to me it had ZERO steam coming from the plate. Even though it was a Fajita meal. We did tell our server that the food was cold and she notified the manager. I spent $112 for a cold stale meal and the manager only took off the $4.00 dóllar Mini Molten cake that I got for my son which is UNBELIEVABLE.

I’ve eaten at the restaurant a bunch of times when it is extremely busy, especially on the weekends. Despite the jam-packed dining rooms, I have always experienced quick and efficient service. I went with my family a couple of weeks ago and our server, Marci, was so nice and helpful. She gave us refills on drinks and our bottomless chips and salsa as soon as we finished, and had our meals out to our table hardly 10-15 minutes after we ordered. The food was hot and fresh, and I have to recommend the triple dipper with Nashville Hot Fried Mozzarella! 11/10, definitely will be back very soon!
Kid-friendliness: Great place to take kids. Plenty of great kids meals and a fun coloring menu!
