It’s the worst store to go, the employees keep talking and doesn’t care about customers, and when we making questions about how long to get the food , they smile for the answer
The employees who work at this Chipotle location are rude and ignorant. I have been here a half dozen times and the service is consistently poor. The manager should consider an evaluation.

Gotta do better here… ordering online for a scheduled pick up time and waiting around 15 minutes after that scheduled time is not cool. Especially while 4 people in the back have themselves a grand old time doing NOTHING! Oh and while me and a few others waited for our orders the worker up front served at least 8 other people so yeah the online ordering is trash.

I had a disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. During my visit, I ordered a bowl with double protein. Initially, I was going to be undercharged, so I informed the staff member that it should be priced as a double. Unfortunately, instead of adjusting the price correctly, I was mistakenly charged twice for the entire order.
I didn’t notice the error until reviewing my bank statement two days later. When I returned to the store to explain the situation and request a refund, I was told they could not process any reimbursement without a receipt — a receipt I never received at the time of purchase.
I understand policies exist for a reason, but it’s disappointing that there was no effort to look into the transaction or take accountability for a clear mistake. I expected better customer service and attention to resolving billing issues, especially when the error originated on their end.
. I came in earlier today to resolve the issue but saw the staff was extremely busy, so I decided to return later out of courtesy — I didn’t want to cause any disruption during a rush.
I also asked to speak with a manager, hoping they could look into the transaction and help resolve the matter. Unfortunately, I was never given the opportunity to speak with one. It felt as though my concern was brushed aside, despite my patience and the clear mistake that occurred.

Solid Chipolte, everything is standard, which is good for a chain feeder. Nice spice, blah tortilla chips, service was fine.

Guy at register with earrings had his hair out of his hat with no beard mask on his goatee ans was playing rap music with plenary of swears. Then the guy at the front of the line with braces had an even longer goatee without a beard mask. Unprofessional, unsanitary. Barely understood some thing si was saying too, I asked for light cheese, they liked at me funny and put a full amount.

Shittiest chipotle ive ever been too. I went in and the lady said they didnt have any meat so i got everything without meat. Portians where horrible and then right as I thought this couldnt get any worse they said they had no chips even though they had 10 bags in the back. Go to the woburn one next.

I just came to this site to order something but the reviews are so awful I didn't. They clearly have an issue. EIther fix it or shut it down. Why would anyone order from a place everyone seems to think is filthy?

The food is good and typical chipotle, but I have gone multiple times and they had no chicken AND steak. One time they also had no chips available. Those are the most essential chipotle ingredients!
Absolutely unacceptable service. I placed an order on the Chipotle app and selected a pickup time of 5:40 PM. I arrived at 5:50 PM, and they told me the order wasn't ready — no apology, no urgency. I ended up waiting for almost an hour. I have diabetes, had already taken my insulin, and my blood sugar dropped dangerously low while I stood there with no food.
What’s worse, staff claimed, “Chipotle only gives one person to make online orders” — which I don’t believe. If that’s true, then why accept so many app orders at once? You are prioritizing walk-ins while ignoring the people who ordered and paid ahead of time.
This is not just bad service — it’s reckless, especially for customers with medical conditions. If you can’t handle app orders during busy hours, STOP ACCEPTING THEM. You are putting people at risk.
