I don't even know where to begin with this place. First off, the food quality is terrible. Every time I order vegetables, they're always undercooked, which is disgusting. This time, I ordered chicken, and it was undercooked as well—this is a serious health hazard. If you just checked the food temperature, it wouldn’t be an issue. I also always ask for sour cream, but there are pieces of food in it, so I end up throwing it away.
Not only is the food quality poor, but the atmosphere is unpleasant too. The employees seem like they don't care about their jobs and aren't helpful. The tables are dirty, and the drink area is always covered with food scraps. I would highly recommend avoiding this Chipotle, as the conditions here could leave you very sick.

I would say this is way more than 3 star restaurant iv been to lots of chipotles that has far worse service & food than this particular location the food here is fresh the staff works so hard they don’t stop really respectful towards there customers portions is pretty good food fresh I order the quesadillas online & they are the best really fresh good portion size I’d highly recommended this location the rating should be upped

Something that really bothered me was how one of the staff members treated and elderly customer just in front of me. I felt so sad about it that there's no humanity, no respect left for seniors in our society? He simply had 2 requests
1) if they can cut the burrito 2) Put fajitas to one side
So even if you can't help the customer simply say no than being rude.

We informed the staff very clearly that we have an actual dairy allergy in our party. They did not wipe down the line which is against company protocol and tried serving us the same lettuce from the line when they're supposed to pull from a fresh pan. Not all the staff did a glove change. It's extremely unsanitary and does not meet Chipotle standards. Constantly cross contaminated and not regularly wiped down to keep even a somewhat orderly appearance.
We had to stop coming to this location because they would always cross-contaminate even when we informed the staff. From a former employee at another location, this location needs corporate to come in and do a hard adjustment. Staff do not care about their position, they wear it on their face. Majority of them show up and lazily and do the absolute minimum to keep their job.

Made my online order (a lifestyle bowl) wrong in three ways. It was 3PM on a Wednesday. Place was empty, so I’m not certain how this lack of attention to detail could have occurred.
Returned to store informing that it was made incorrectly, no apology or any words. She took my bag with the incorrect order in it, and inspected it.
It was then remade, but again…zero customer service or words exchanged from behind the counter even when I was handed the replacement order.
Avoid this Chipotle.

This is the most filthy take out place I have ever walked in. I never give reviews on places but this needed to be said. Every table was covered with old food. The garbage was overflowing with trash on the floor. Once I saw that, I looked around more and saw every surface was dirty. Every wall, glass divider, soda cup holder had dirt and grime all over them. I will never return to this restaurant. I suggest others think about how the food and kitchen are taken care of if the public space looks this way. They need to clean up their act or close. Where is the FDA in these cases? Haven't we learned anything about cleanliness after the last half decade? Oh btw I was in the bathroom 20 mins after finishing my food. I'm assuming I have mild food poisoning. Unbelievable disappointment in this corporation and humans working there. I don't care what your pay is. If you allow this to go on where your employeed you must live in a dumpster.
