This Chipotle is solid. The older Mexican gentleman serving gives great portions every time — definitely the most generous I’ve seen. Food tastes great and the service is fast. Always a good experience here.
Iv seen a steady decline recently... like the titanic this month was by far the worst.. they are trying to repair it but nobody really cares enough.. lack of serious management.
Music box broken, sounds static
Very slow on the line... no help, iv seen one person sometimes taking care of everything at once. Not entirely the staffs fault. Management is lacking here. VERY BAD.

I just came to this site to order something but the reviews are so awful I didn't. They clearly have an issue. EIther fix it or shut it down. Why would anyone order from a place everyone seems to think is filthy?
