My family loves going to D'Amici's Bakery in Reading. On weekend mornings we go for breakfast and site @ a window seat while enjoying the most tasty breakfast sandwiches. My son who is 10, TOLD ME to give this place a 5 star rating after he visited the 1st time - he loves their cup cakes and egg & cheese breakfast sandwich. Low key & cozy.

Was looking for a good bakery near N.R, first time here and the grilled cheese with bacon was amazing! Also ordered a Baby Shower cake and the ladies were so helpful and accommodating. Can't wait to bring my kid's here on a Saturday morning.

Pretty disappointed that they failed to produce the special order cookies I paid for in advance the day and time they were needed. Will never order from them again

I really love this place a year ago, but I recently placed a cake order I ordered a top tier 8" and the bottom was 10" and bottom was suppose to be chocolate and the top was supposed to be vanilla. I then got a call from my sons doctors office saying he was allergic to all tree nut family so I called and they were super rude when i had lots of questions but not once did i say change my order, cause they whole cake ended up being chocolate and half of my party guest didn't get cake cause they dont like chocolate!

Our wedding cake from here was fantastic! Great customer service and it's super easy to work with them. The Reading location had a bit of trouble with the computer system and almost gave us the wrong cake when we went back but the staff was very friendly

Staff Members Need Sensitivity Training ASAP Stopped by the Reading branch for an evening dessert with my family and was an unwelcoming experience. I had to ask to be attended and when I finally got their attention the service was rude and unfriendly. Not only did I pickup on this behavior, but my children as well as they interacted with staff and they said: “the lady behind the counter is grumpyâ€. Grumpy? I don't think so for she was all smiles and friendly with customers that came after us and were more of her skin color “standardsâ€. D'Ammici management ...pay attention to this feedback from customers. I'm not the only one complaining about certain members of your staff creating a negative impression of your business.

Staffs are extremely rude and unprofessional at this place. I talked to both Danielle and Julian in this place. I asked them if they would deliver a cake that I wanted order for the end of this month. They did not ask me any further question and simply said no, they would not deliver. I figured out from their other store in Melrose that actually they do offer delivery and that includes all their brunches. I called them back to ask why they said to me that they do not deliver when they do! The store manager was not available and these workers were so rude. Would never go to this place!
