On Friday July 4th the town of Stoneham DPW crew was working hard fixing a large water main break. This took hours and in the heat!! A man named Glenn who manages dominoes in reading Ma pulled over to ask us (7-8 DPW guys and a police detail) if we wanted pizza. He returned shortly after with 5 pizzas! This was above and beyond and exactly what we needed! Thank you to Glenn for thinking of us.

Nothing like a little food poisoning. Pizza was late and super undercooked followed up by fever and throwing up all night. Department of health needs to check up on this place.

Messed up order on 2 different occasions ( undercooked cheese bread, and cinnamon twists AND garlic bites with nothing on them just bread) so I’d call after driving 10 minutes home seeing if they’d deliver it since they messed up but I was slightly out of range so they made me drive back to get it with nothing offered to make the situation right. The female manager is incredibly rude. As I’m sitting there waiting for me new food the kids are making the food with bare hands. Like rolling out the dough for new twists inbetween both of his bare hands. I get Your not gonna get all stars to work for you at a dominos but the management needs serious attention. Never again

Very small amount of toppings and we ordered boneless bbq chicken tenders and you delivered breaded tenders and no dipping sauce. Pizza tasted good but overshadowed with these other issues.
The staff are very rude and do not allow customers to use the bathrooms.

Domino’s at this particular location does not follow instructions for delivery. My elderly aunts dog got out of the yard when she requested to use the back door for this reason when contacted the manager of the store she was told have a good day and hung on her . Poor customer service and disrespect for the customer who ultimately pays the paychecks and keeps that business running

My husband and I decided to grab two pizza from domino. Ordered online, my husband headed over to grab our pizzas about 20 minutes later. When he got there he was told one of pizzas was given away to another order that came in after ours. He had to sit there for another 15 to 29 minutes while they cooked him a new one. Why would you take from an order that’s already done knowing someone is coming to grab it?? Then not even offered an apology?? Horrible customer experience here.. saddens me

Took over an hour for our order because they screwed up the order upon delivery, the driver said he will be back, 30mins later he came back with our order stating that it was still at the shop. When we open our order the breadsticks were half eaten. I am pretty sure he went back to the other house and got our order back. The food was cold. I called the store and spoke with the manager, she was very rude, I asked for a refund all she said was "sure" and hung up on me. No apologies no nothing. I will never order at this location ever again. The manager needs to be fired. No sense of customer service at all. She sounds like she hates her job and is miserable with her life.
