This is now the 4th time I have ordered, explicitly put “do not leave on the ground” in all caps, and my food has been left on the ground, lukewarm at best. I’ve called the store before and confirmed they could see on the note (I explicitly marked “hand it to me”. I even try to leave a higher tip to encourage it. I currently have a knee injury and getting things from the ground like that is highly painful. Please tell your drivers to read the notes!

The staff at this store either need to be replaced or fairly compensated—because their expectations from customers are excessive. After a long day at work, I was starving and decided to pick up my order myself. I had ordered a vegetarian pizza, but when I got home, I found it completely missing the veggie toppings. I’m not in a position to travel all the way back to resolve this. Domino’s needs to take this issue seriously. As a food blogger, I’ve started spotlighting stores that fail to meet basic standards like this

I ordered 5blend pasta thinking it's vegetarian. I got chicken piece in it. It would be nice to have vegetarian meal prep done separately. I can't trust this store. All employees looks tip hungry instead of doing what they suppose to which is make customer happy!!!

The pizza is always consistently just ok. The bacon topping was disgusting just fat. Always hope for better but always disappointing at this location. Sad bc some locations are excellent.

I got there before my pizza was ready and I said in my pickup and watch them. The two guys never once wash their hands. They handled the tickets, the boxes, the computer, the dipping sauce is, and never once wash their hands nor wore gloves. When my pizza was ready, the guy touch the receipt, touch the door, touch the dipping sauces etc and then I watched him go back in and continue touching the pizzas coming out of the oven. Never, once washing his hands. The young lady was busy working. Will not ever go back to that location.

I picked my own combo over the mobile app and scheduled to pickup it up in half hour and when I was almost there got a message that it’s ready. Pizza was great!

I was there to pick up I order 6 garlic sauce but I told to give me 4 bcz I order to garlic bread so I can get other 2 garlic sauce instead of marinara … he started yelling at me for no reason … I own business also .. worst customer service ever … guys said I’m manager he said his name is yel or something … reconsider him for job … very disrespectful …. Food was very nice but guys at register very disrespectful
