Ordered a caramel ice coffee 6milks and it was beyond strong and tasted burned and darker than dark. I asked for more milk and Joe gave me a hard time I tasted it and could barely drink it . Asked him to make me a new one and he gave me such a hard time shook his head and threw the coffee in the sink. After making a new one it tasted exactly the same burned and couldn’t even swallow it so trash it went. His attitude is so unprofessional and this isn’t the first time.

Joe(think that's his name,white hair white go tee, oh and his side job is being a Clown) the manager is absolutely the WORST!.
He does not listen to the customer, he makes w.e food he wants and how ever he wants not what the customer requests, Attitude is atrocious, very unpleasant to be around or speak too.
I am a local to Reading MA and drive out of my way to go to any other dunks but this location specifically because my day is ruined once encountering there manager Joe.
Stick to your side job as a clown because that's wat you are a straight clown! ?

Been picking up my coffee with my dog everyday for years here after researching if Dunkin has a pet policy. ‘Corporate’ management in today was rude and passive aggressive about it, so won’t be returning.It’s one thing to have a dog policy, and of course you’re even allowed to change it, but don’t be rude.

They made my stuff incorrectly, so I asked for a return and apparently they don't know how to do anything unless their manager is here "I texted him, if he gets it, he gets it, I don't know" is what I got. Everytime I come up here to visit someone they mess something up somehow and I always just let it slide. But I'm not doing that anymore and I'm only coming here for the person who I visit, not getting anything for myself again.
Parking: About 7 spots and its hard to menuver getting out of a few of them, it's also shared parking with the sub shop next door.
