Great people and service here. As of late, lots of new employees, but really like it here. Never had a problem with an order or anything else.

My interaction with the manager, Sabrina at Dunks on Walker's Brook Drive.
As I approached the counter, the manager was wiping the floor with her bare hands and paper towels. Okay, fine. No problem.
Well between the time that she was wiping the floor with her bare hands and grabbing a cup to make my coffee, she did not wash her hands at all. I kindly asked if she could wash her hands before making my coffee because she was just wiping the floor. She walked to the "rinse" sink and rinsed her hands with waterfur about 5 seconds, there was no soap at this station. She then proceeded to make my coffee, which I didn't touch. I asked for the manager, and to my surprise she IS the manager! I tried to question her about rinsing vs. washing and she told me "it's the same thing, basically"!
She then asked me if I wash my hands at home before I make my coffee?!?! After I wipe the floor, I sure do.
This manager, Sabrina then explains to me, that she CAN'T wash her hands with soap because her hand is INFECTED!!!! She has a piercing on her hand which she pointed out that was infected!
At this point I asked her for her for a refund, refused the coffee and asked for her manager's contact info because she seemed to think that because she's the manager whatever she says goes despite what the health code requirements are. She refused to give me contact information for her district manager, but gave me her first name only. I was so surprised that instead of washing her hands, she decided it would be better to argue with me about WHY she still will not wash her hands. I've never had an experience like this at this location, or any dunks for that matter.

Waited 5 minutes as the only person in line - cashier didn’t even look over once. Then the coworker told her to help the customer (me), and she walks right up to a customer behind me in line. On top of the horrible service, the coffee sucks every single time I come here. Ive been to probably 500 dunkins in my life time and this is consistently the worst one. Blows my mind how dumb these people are.

Smaller Dunkin but the staff was AMAZING! They were so friendly and patient with us as we had never been to Dunkin and had quite large orders.

coffee is always weak. always taste like they used the same grinds 2- 3 times without changing to save money on their part. worse dd. Others aren't like that.

Iced coffee. Cream no sugar.We got milk and sugar. Bring it back. Ask for cream they give you milk. Attitude on top of it

Food is always from hours prior or days ago, drinks are never mixed. Look elsewhere for your breakfast

Drinks and food r usually fine, but the drive thru always takes forever. U will sit at the speaker for 5 minutes before anyone says anything to you, but they leave their mic’s on, so you can hear everything going on inside the store.

Now handing out stale bagels, hard as a rock? And Untoasted even when asked for toasted. Thanks
