There were 7 ants in my coffee this morning. Easily one of the most disgusting things I have ever received and I can’t even imagine how many bugs there are everywhere else in there.

5 stars for the employees who keep showing up to an unbelievably understaffed location. Often times there is only 1 person working. How can one person be expected to clean, make coffee, work the drive-thru, and the counter inside?! I've been having to leave because the poor guy is so overworked. This is a great way to completely burn out your employees. I literally feel bad going there now. This is not fair to your employees. And your customers will go elsewhere.

I went there around Xmas time because the one next to jimbos never knew how to make my ice chai latte for some reason and gave me burnt bacon I had ordered as a side. So I figured I'd try them out this time.. they made the drink right, but they tried to tell me I didn't order nor pay for a plain bagel with cream cheese. I got 2 drinks and 2 bagels.. if I only paid for 2 drinks and 1 bagel I don't know how I paid $18 and some change. When I said their was a bagel missing the guy who took my order said I never did, he was having trouble using the register, but it was the first thing I asked for as it was my kids order. The lady that made my stuff said I never paid for it, yet they wouldn't give me my receipt. I finally got it, after she made it and told me 3 times I was getting it for free and the guy was still telling me I never ordered it. Both those reading, MA locations are horrible and I bet they're run by the same person. I don't even get coffee when I go-to reading anymore and if I do, I go to the Cumberland farms to make my own.

They are the worst always an issue, ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks, got to drive through window price said 11 and change, once I gave my card I noticed the amount changed to 18 and change, was handed the bag with 2 sandwiches and asked to go to the 2nd window for my drinks. Once she came with my drinks I asked for my reciept, another guy came over with a bag and the receipt, told him the bag wasn't mine I was just waiting for the receipt, turns out she added on another sandwich right before I paid and had I not noticed and asked for the receipt I would have driven off and they would not have been caught charging me for extra food that I did not order nor get. Wonder how many other ppl they have done this to. Will never go back to that location.

Used to love coming to this dunks but now my coffee is ALWAYS wrong. They little to no expresso for a medium and make it with wrong milk. The attitude is what made me write this review. Past couple of months something changed!
