These tremendous scumbags charge for ice and cream. SO 3 CREAM IS .75¢ And Ice enough to fill a medium cup is $1.00. That's disgusting. What once was about $2.50 is now almost $5
Two days ago at this exact location I purchased a double espresso over ice for $2.50.
I've never went to the better business bureau before but charging for frozen water is just too much for me.

I feel so sorry for the employees at this location, the manager today in the morning was yelling at them and berating them in front of customers because the line wasn't moving fast enough. Very UNPROFESSIONAL on her part. Although our order was incorrect and went inside to get it corrected, when the employee saw me coming in and realizing something was wrong, his face turned pale white and started trembling and quickly corrected the order making sure the manager didn't see it so she wouldn't verbally harras them all over again. A good manager does not need to yell and insult employees especially in front of customers. If they messed up, you take them aside. All she accomplished was making them more nervous.

I honestly don’t understand how they can have 4 people working, no customers in the store, 1 person in the drive through and I still have to wait 15 minutes to order through the drive through they are in shambles and need some employee reworking because this is the laziest dunks I’ve been too in

The place is just okay, the coffee typically taste old and burnt. I refuse to eat anything from there because of all those little flies hanging around on the donuts bagels and muffins. It's 2023 and you think that a nationwide company in this day and age would have some kind of a cover or a flap or something to keep the bugs out.
