As someone who went to Fuddruckers regularly as a kid, I was excited when I found out about this location just 40 minutes down the road from where I currently live. It was extremely busy New Year’s Day, almost like a mall or amusement park food court. The food I received seemed hot and fresh, but I had quality issues with most items.
The chicken sandwich I ordered was extremely bland, but it was hot and fresh. It seemed like a frozen slab of chicken that was breaded and fried. The burger I ordered was bone dry, but it was well seasoned. My wife ordered a turkey burger and she said it tasted like a frozen patty. While the rolls are light and airy, they are still far too thick compared to the amount of meat on each sandwich. My soda had way too many bubbles in it and it didn’t taste clean. The potato wedges were the best part of my meal and were definitely on point with what I have come to expect from Fuddruckers. The cookie I ordered was also pretty good.
Overall, it is basically a self service Applebees where you go up to place your order and bring your own food to the table which I prefer. I think the burger would have been a lot better if it wasn’t overcooked, but the chicken sandwich was very disappointing. It would have been a lot better if it had some kind of seasoning or flavor, but it was so bland.

Total disappointment. Got a bacon blu burger, burger was over cooked, not much for blu, bun was great. As for the fries, They Arent Fries, Their undercooked potato wedges that KFC stopped selling. For having so few restaurants and limited hours I expected to be wowed and impressed. Unfortunately for the price I can go to 5 other places and get a better meal. Extremely disappointing!

Mew buns are not good . My grandson wouldn’t touch it . No one likes a heavy thick bun . Soft is much better . Go back to the regular buns please
Food is good, salad bar style for toppings for your burgers. They also offer premium toppings for a extra cost. My only issue I find is when I order the cashier walks away mid order. But the food is great. I got the brown sugar bacon burger. Burger was cooked correctly. The next time we stopped here I got the chilli cheese dog and it was also just as good.

Today’s my four year anniversary and our first date was at Fuddruckers In Saugus where we regularly went. Sadly, that Fuddruckers is now closed. My partner comes home from his 16 hour shift at 9 PM today and I wanted to make it To the Fuddruckers in Reading to buy us dinner and surprise him at home afterwards. I asked them to do me a favor and deconstruct the burger for me so I can make it fresh for him later Which I know can be an annoying ask, but they were so sweet about it. They even surprised me with a Gift card🥹❤️ Made my night!!
Thank you all so much, everyone here is absolutely wonderful, which is always a plus to amazing food and service☺️ So excited to come back soon with friends and family!!

I never review things but I love Fuddruckers. The best burger I’ve ever eaten and service is amazing. Our cashier tonight, Celia, did an incredible job even with me changing my order halfway through. She’s great at her job, incredibly welcoming, and so sweet. It’s always a great experience when we go to Fuddruckers!
