We used to ho there a lot. Tried it again. I think the meat is maybe lower quality than I remember or I just am comparing it to five guys which is a 10 and I feel like Fudds is a 7.5. My honest opinion. Everybody agreed it just was kinda meh.

Our burgers were cooked right and the fries were nice & hot. I liked their fixings bar where you can get what you want for your burger. A good place to get a tasty burger.

Called in my order on Saturday night, 12/14. I understand Saturdays are a zoo there which I why I called in. Spoke with Aaron who took my order, was told 20 minutes. Get there two bags for DoorDash stilling in the counter. No one at the register for online orders. No worries I get it, short staffed. But when we finally get someone his name was Jacob. He was super confused and not very helpful. Told me my order wasn’t there etc. Finally he goes and ask Aaron who tells him my order is on the counter. Then he takes us over to the register to rering my order so that we could pay. I can barely hear him as is, he is there slamming his fingers rudely on the computer. We pay almost $50 for two elk burgers, reasonable price for that meat. He then just hands us our two containers I have to walk up to him and ask for a bag which he rudely hands me. Sucks this is the only location around but it will definitely be awhile before I go back.. for the price I expect a little more respect.. especially since my order wasn’t ready. Jacob needs to polish up on those customer service skills.

Love Fuddruckers. The fresh made buns, quality meats and great toppings are a winner. I love a great burger and this is my favorite of all the burger places around. They have other good options too. The kids meals are a good size and value. I have tried Shake Shack, Five Guys, etc. and they do not begin to compare but all cost about the same. Nice spacious bright place to sit down that even has a fire place.
Kid-friendliness: Real meals for kids with a lot of food. My kids love this place so they can pick their drink, plenty of space and tasty food that they can customize.
