Definitely a place to go if you want a bagel or even a breakfast sandwich. Variety of bagels to try from normal bagel, french toast, raisin, chocolate chips, cranberry, onion/garlic, jalapeno, "everything" and more. I would have bought more if the server didn't look annoyed for ordering a dozen bagel... Size of a bagel is humongous so watch out. Very filling :D

Just expressing as I think customer service is important in this world. Additional information, my family (husband, myself, and my son) was there at around Sunday 11am. The lady who I am referring to had glasses on. Sorry, I don't know the name. Would it be on the receipt? Since my husband paid he got the receipt but not sure if he still has it as he has a tendency of not keeping them...
Parking: Free parking in front of the store but may be limited to 10 or less cars.
Wheelchair accessibility: I saw one spot for wheelchair parking, but was on the right corner of the store. Didn't look like it has wheelchair entrance.

First time trying this place. Heartily enjoyed my lox sandwich on a wheat everything bagel with garlic herb cream cheese, sprouts, tomatoes, cucumbers, and capers 😋 (very light on the sprouts, though - I'll have to remember to ask for more next time). Brought home half a dozen other bagels to try later. Just before noon, they still had a decent bagel selection but were out of a few (a few of the sweet flavors in particular were no longer available). Would recommend based on my limited data so far 👍

Order we placed was completely wrong again for the 2nd time in a row. She asked me more than once to confirm and still got it wrong - horrible.
Love going here on a Sunday morning. Get awesome bagels and sandwiches for the family. The wild berry bagel with strawberry cream cheese is completely out of the world.
Service is awesome. Sometimes you get a line, but don't let that deter you from waiting 5 minutes or so. We'll worth the couple min. Gives you time to absorb the menu and all they offer for your next trip in.
Highly recommend this place. If you new to the city or tired of the typical bagel spot. This is the place to go and try.

Every few months I put in an order to this place because my parents live there and I'm 2 hour away but they have the best veggie bagels and veggie cream cheese. I get a bulk order and freeze some of it for later.
I ordered a pizza bagel but it ended up being an asiago bagel. I reached out to their customer service and they were so quick, friendly and helpful. Not only did they refund the 2 bagels but agreed the pizza bagel should be only under sandwiches to order.
I've only had their veggie and egg bagels but they are perfection and I'm picky about bagels since I grew up with them. I really appreciate their incredible customer service and will definitely be back again. I also recommend their app and online ordering, very easy to use.

Best bagels in the area! They do a ton of cream cheese which I love & online ordering is easy. I usually get a Jalapeño Cheddar bagel or sesame bagel with scallion cream cheese, tomato and bacon. While some bagel places will put one piece of bacon on a bagel that you get one bite of, they do a great job of spreading all ingredients throughout the bagel. Highly recommend any of their bagels with cream cheese.
