The service was terrible. The staff couldn’t understand me and made my order completely incorrect and refused to fix it because it was “already made”. When I asked them to adjust rhe amount I paid they made up prices and denied giving me the wrong thing even though I was looking at the receipt and pointing out they charged me double and gave me half of what I ordered. Not kosher in there that’s for sure.

Trying to find a better place than Bagel World but nicer and friendlier staff. The bagels are decent, a little soft compared to a nyc bagel. The cream cheese flavors are good, but the coffee is gross. The amount of cream cheese on my bagel could have been used on three. Very loaded.. even to a point of too much.

Just found this bagel spot, what a gem! Had a toasted 🥥 coconut bagel for the first time ever. It was delicious. Looking forward to trying the orange cranberry and the foccacia bagel. They serve New England Coffee and the hazelnut iced was so good. I had a little time to kill so I chose to dine in. So impressed with the staff who seemed to know nearly every customer that walked in. The door was always revolving with people coming and going, from moms with toddlers, high schoolers, blue collar, suits, firemen and senior citizens, the traffic never stopped. The two young ladies working there knew many of the orders customers were going to make before ordering them. This is a sign of a well runned business. Prices were great, place was clean and bagels were delicious. Will definitely return.

Good luck getting what you paid for. My last 3 visits had all had missing items and when we attempted to call about it, we were hung up on and the second attempt took 3 separate individuals to refund. Can't recommend a place that can't get everything you asked for into the bag. But whatever they decide to give you is decent at least.

Definitely a place to go if you want a bagel or even a breakfast sandwich. Variety of bagels to try from normal bagel, french toast, raisin, chocolate chips, cranberry, onion/garlic, jalapeno, "everything" and more. I would have bought more if the server didn't look annoyed for ordering a dozen bagel... Size of a bagel is humongous so watch out. Very filling :D
Update: I will try to call later. Glad to hear that you are trying to improve things. Just so you know, I am not angry or anything. Just expressing as I think customer service is important in this world. Additional information, my family (husband, myself, and my son) was there at around Sunday 11am. The lady who I am referring to had glasses on. Sorry, I don't know the name. Would it be on the receipt? Since my husband paid he got the receipt but not sure if he still has it as he has a tendency of not keeping them...
Parking: Free parking in front of the store but may be limited to 10 or less cars.
Wheelchair accessibility: I saw one spot for wheelchair parking, but was on the right corner of the store. Didn't look like it has wheelchair entrance.

First time trying this place. Heartily enjoyed my lox sandwich on a wheat everything bagel with garlic herb cream cheese, sprouts, tomatoes, cucumbers, and capers 😋 (very light on the sprouts, though - I'll have to remember to ask for more next time). Brought home half a dozen other bagels to try later. Just before noon, they still had a decent bagel selection but were out of a few (a few of the sweet flavors in particular were no longer available). Would recommend based on my limited data so far 👍
