We are in town visiting, staying at a hotel. I placed an order online. Texted husband the order # to pick up on his way back from the store.Husband gets to the hotel with the food. Missing the pizza we ordered. Call this place. They offer to deliver the pizza.Yes please.Oh no, sorry it’s too far. They refused to deliver it to our hotel. 15 minutes away. Fine..Husband drives 15 minutes back for the pizza. So 30 minutes round trip.No offer to fix their mistake. Husband asks for a free dessert.No.They offered A drink. 1 drink. My hot roast beef sandwich wasn’t even warm..cold and it was evident it was never hot because the cheese was not melted AT ALL. $50 for this?!? This place is a joke. Stay far away.

I ordered a roast beef sandwich. The flavor of the meat was incredible. I only had lettuce. I will definitely order another roast beef sandwich from here . Delicious and fresh.

Not a shock I get to write this review, came here for years. First time I ever decided use coupon (that was promoted on the website and mentioned during the call) I got the same order and charged $10 more while a teenager enthusiastically shows me the printed menu with The coupon at $10 more and tells me I guess they haven’t updated the website. Not worth an argument just a Honest review

Got a chicken caeser salad wrap. The whole wrap was dripping wet with dressing, the croutons were basically mush from how much dressing was on. The wrap was ripping in every single way and it was $20 for a wrap and a drink. Seems pricey for the standard and size of the food

I ordered a Jr. roast beef three-way. The sandwich came cold. The cheese wasn’t melted, and the wrapper was torn, allowing the mayo sauce to seep all over my hands. Maybe it’s the fact I ordered it too early as the place opens up at 10 o’clock, but nonetheless, I don’t think I’ll be back

I was really excited to try out Jimbo's because it gives off the vibe of an establish deli like shop. No frills, but surely they make a great sandwich, right? I tried their Italian sub and my wife grabbed a different sub. I basically ordered it as it comes with all toppings. Unfortunately, despite the presentation initially looking good, it was the worst sandwich I have ever tried to eat in my life. I actually think something may have been wrong with heir vegetable mix as it had a very bitter taste that was hard to stomach. My wife's sandwich had the same problem. The sandwich was also 80% vegetables and didn't seem worth it, even if the taste was on-point. This was overall very disappointing as the person working there was nice and I had decent expectations based on the other ratings. I think Jimbo's needs to figure out what's going on with their toppings that's ruining the flavor....

I used to have the same thing delivered to work and liked it. Then I started getting pick up after work and tried new things, everything I've tried is delicious and they always make your order right. They are very nice too.
Parking: There usually is plenty of parking. I've never had a problem
