We had 6 pleasant people at our table for lunch. To start, we ordered Shrimp w/dip & Artichoke dip w/pita chips, both were okay. All 6 French onion soups were luke warm & sent back, then 2nd try soups were marginally better. One burger was ordered medium-well & came to the table raw, sent back to cook again.
The restaurant was almost empty however, our server seemed preoccupied, impatient & rushed. None of us will be back anytime soon.

Went specifically to celebrate with a steak. Not disappointed. Lots of options of steak and reasonably priced. Plenty of choice of sides and choice of garden of Caesar salad. They also have a kids menu. Plenty of parking.

Ordered a burger with fries for take out yesterday. The tomato was small but the burger was good. The fries were cold and stale. Like they were sitting all day. Really disappointing I had to throw half the meal away.

The strip steak was excellent! Good size, and very tender. The chopped (to death) salad was lacking. a slice of tomato cut into ten teeny tiny cubes! Same for a slice of cuke. Small amount of mashed potatoes. The waitress was OK, but SHE informed us that she, Lois, was amazong!!!! I'd have to add CONCEITED!!! TOO PRICEY!

Had a nice filet. Cooked perfectly. Forgot to take photos. Loved the Wild West Shrimp!
Only suggestion.. a smaller knife to add butter to bread would be nice. Asked.. they don't have any butter knives.

Ive been going to Longhorn for years. Tonight I tried the Porterhouse for the first time. I had it cooked med-rare and some of the fat melted in my mouth like butter. Everytime I get a steak here I'm never disappointed. It always brings back fond memories while dinning.

This place is good! The service is top-notch, and the steak is decent —definitely worth a try.

I have been to Longhorn several times last 2 years. Always order large cut Rib Eye. We went there Saturday night..table of four. The steak was awful. No taste of spices..no flavor. Steak were not thick at all. They were cooked medium rare fine. Never this thin cut. Half the steak I had to spit out chewy grissle. Owner came over and asked up ..I told him no flavor and thin..he never offered any comp for problem. Very dissapointed..won't be back for a while

We waited 30 minutes after being seated and not once did a waitress approach us. In the meantime people that were seated afterward had drinks and food delivered to their table. Even a complaint to the host after waiting 20 minutes didn’t help. Finally we just walked out!

It was ok. Ordered the filet medium rare, got well done, sides were cold. Waitress took the steak back to re-fire. The table was finished with their dinners when I got my steak. Got a box and left.

This is my second time at the restaurant. The food both times was excellent, served promptly and everything was to our liking. What I’m struggling with is the service, both times (different waitresses) the servers personality was lacking, no introduction of themselves, when the food was delivered that was the last time we saw them! Never how is everything, can I get you something else. So my problem is do we go back enjoy the food and continue to leave (both times 15%) honestly if there was another option 10% would have been sufficient for simply showing up. Or do we just go somewhere else where the food is great and the servers deserve their 20-22%.

I ordered the Flo's filet. So disappointing. First of all, it was a thin steak less then 1/4" thick... nothing like the photo on the menu (see photo), which is what I expected. They claim it is seasoned with their grill seasoning - this was totally tasteless. The cut couldn't have been a filet... it was dry and chewy even though I ordered it cooked medium. Baked potato was small and dry - some butter would have gone a long way. I was not impressed and will not go to Longhorns again - there are too many other great steak houses. The only decent item was the salad.

Food is always good at Longhorn, but service at this location is subpar. We called to put ourselves on wait list. Showed up on time and waited 30 minutes to be seated. People that walked in after us were sat before us.
