Order two bone in ribeye steak med rare was given to 12 oz ribeye no bone over cooked.First it was the worst steak I’ve ever had. It was overcooked. It was not what I ordered and when I called I had three different people I talked to and then I was placed on hold. I finally hung up so here’s my review. Very disappointed! Bonne Eicher

Sadly this place has gone downhill. My family and I have been coming to this location for years. The last few times, the service has been mediocre. Im very fair, and understand sometimes it gets busy. However, our experience tonight was the icing. We were seated as soon as we arrived. After being sat, we noticed 4 waiters arguing amongst themselves about who would take care of our table. At this point we had been seated for a few minutes. They kept walking around just looking at our table. No one took the time to come and acknowledge we were there. I made eye contact with one of the waitresses numerous times, but NOPE!!! More discussion on who would serve us. After almost 10min we just got up and left. All that discussion led to NO ONE coming to greet us. Understand people are paying money at your establishment. DO BETTER!

Came to enjoy a dinner with my girlfriend. From the moment we came in it took the host around 5mins to greet us. We had the server Emily she was around her other tables constantly asking if everything was alright and if they needed refills. It took her 10 mins to come greet us. She got our drinks and not once did she ask if we wanted a refill on drinks or bread. She was at her other tables constantly and we felt like we were being ignored. The food was great but service was terrible.

We usually call and check to see if our favorite server Christine is working, but she had the night off. So I ask the hostess to recommend a server who was good. Well She suggested Ashley, who was absolutely amazing! Great personality, great service, never felt rushed, checked back to see how everything was !! To top it off for the very first time in all the years I have been coming here this is the very first time we had a very nice Manager come to our table and ask how everything was!!! His name was Mike. He was walking around checking with other tables, helping deliver food. I was so impressed! I have not seen a Manager who has come out to do table visits at any restaurant we have been in for years!! This guy is a keeper!! Thank you for a great night! Colleen Falzone

The steaks was very good. We had to send one steak back that was way over cooked. But they handled the process efficiently. The waitress was very good. Attentive but not overbearing. People in our party were very specific as to what they wanted in the salad. And asked for several items that weren't normally in the salad but they added them in anyway. And they got them all right! Very impressive!

This was a different location than I usually visit , but I wasn’t disappointed . My ribeye was cooked to perfection and the portion was so big I had leftovers for the next day !! Longhorn in Franklin Ma I highly recommend !!

Truely Honest
This Longhorn was always my go to for steak and the reasonable prices. This time the steak was tough and hard to chew. Service was great, friendly, and professional. Just a shout out to our host/wait staff who tried to seat us on top of the bathroom, when a customer ask to be seated somewhere not near the bathroom, please don’t show your frustration by rolling your eyes.
