The machine broke and took $3 from my friend. The employees did not want to pay us back and the manager is barely present at this location. The food also significantly worsened after the renovation.
Edit: they also took 20 minutes to get me medium fries. This is actually crazy.

they actually locked all doors entrance during prime business for over 30 minutes, so they can count the register, totally bad for business because I saw at least 20 cars pull in and pull out because couldn't get in .....
