We were visiting our daughter and her family in Wakefield and she ordered food from you, and put it on our credit card. The food arrived, and it was literally the worst Chinese food we have ever had. No flavor, bland, chicken fingers were tough, rice had huge chunks of onion, lo mein noodles were very overcooked, terriyaki was tough, spring rolls were disgusting. Then, when we got home, looked at the bill - it was 170 bucks??? Wow.

Extremely loud, we could barely communicate with server. When asked for bill to pay for appetizer of sushi and go elsewhere. We were berated for not leaving tip. The worst dining experience we have ever encountered.

Horrible loud music playing, not restaurant type music, server told us we could not order additional drinks until we ordered food. Drinks were watered down. Not sure what happend - been going here for many many years and order at least twice a month.

Oyes has always been our go to for syshi etc..however., tonights " Avocue" (avocado & cucumber) sushi was almost entirely all cucumber and a tiny piece of avocado!! Disappointed for sure! Not aware of a avocado shortage!!

Went for dinner last night started off with scallion pancakes which were amazing, tried to order a scorpion bowl with my apps, however never came. Ordered 4 rolls of sushi, however 3 of the rolls tasted off and proceeded to make my significant other and me sick for the rest of the night. The bill came, the scorpion bowl I ordered and never received was still on the bill. I use to frequent the one that was on RT 1 in Saugus and never had any experience like the one I had last night. It’s safe to say I will not be returning.

After having sushi for dinner, I saw a mouse in the restaurant and threw up when I got home. I won’t go back!!
messed up my order and claim i didnt write it on the notes! I did exactly what the website told me and wrote where it said to. I complain they tell me tough luck. I cant eat White Rice So i couldnt eat my $30 worth of lunch in the trash. Get better customer service. Go to Fusion in Stoneham instead.
