Cheesesteak was tiny, maybe 5 inches, more like a wrap than a sub, allowed me to order online ranch and coke, but didn't have either at the restaurant, will not be going back. Much better and heartier cheesesteaks elsewhere for the same price.

Too much loud chatter from servers sitting down with a diner behind me. The service, generally, at all Bertucci's is disorganized at best. No one greets you when you walk in; the servers don't come to the table often enough even when there are few occupied tables. And, let's know the menu folks: I ordered ravioli (which was very good), but was given the option of meat or pomodoro sauce without being told there was a cost difference. I asked, “I can order it either way?” The server said yes. Later, when I saw it was $2 more for meat sauce, which was basically tomato sauce with a hint of meat, and commented to the server that I hadn't realized there was an additional charge for for meat sauce, she said “there is? Neither did I!” Wow.

Server was rude and rushed us out. Also, charged my husband for a final pour from the Bud Light draft which was warm and flat after he told us it was what he could get, so just take it. It was a parent's night out for us and I was NOT impressed. Waste of time really.

Food was a signature pizza which was perfect. 2 side Caesar salads were fresh chrisp just the right amount of dressing and sliced cheese. Service was very good considering they were obviously under staffed. We could see all staff were very busy. We really enjoyed our dinner and will return.

Worst location for for Bertucci's. Cane for lunch with kids. Waited an hour for food. Got cold pasta, and cold - "nearly frozen" in the words of my daugther - "oven-baked broccoli". Bad, bad, bad...

my husband and I sat in a booth by the bar. service was slow . pizza and apps came out and was cold. had to send the pizza back to be re heated then it came out burnt. couldn't win.

Server was overwhelmed. Kitchen was backed up but it shouldn't take 30-45 min to get a water and your original drink order. Nearby table warned us to leave because it took them 1hr 20 min to get one pepperoni pizza Been in the hospitality industry for almost 20 years and you could just tell they are in a bad spot. Bathrooms dirty and over flowing with trash. Paper towel roll just sitting on the counter not in the dispenser. If that's how they treat a space customers need to use can you imagine what's going on in the private kitchen? Most frustrating part which is the only reason I'm writing this is because while our server was bad... -Forgot to put in food for the kids right away when we put it in with the drinks -only brought half the drinks - took us asking 3 times for more rolls as we waited only for her to question why we still wanted them once the food showed up over an hour later -Items remained on the bill that never show up both food and drinks -half the food that showed up was luke warm to cold -calzone not fully cooked (sent back) can chalk that up to being under staffed and needing someone who was inexperienced. We still tipped 20% because we know how hard it is to be a server. But the worst part was there was two managers who were just standing by the kitchen looking to expo plates but they were just standing around. Place wasn't busy and no one had bused a single table in the last hour and a half. Dirty plates and dishes everywhere and they couldn't have seem less concerned. A good manager supports the staff and the restaurant by getting their hands dirty and helping out where possible when short. These guys seem to just be collecting a paycheck. Let's call it what it is. A bad experience does not need to represent a full place and it's staff as for the hot food that came out it was good, but seeing the managers meander around While everything else was crumbling around them let me know all I need to know about this bertuccis currently

The food and service were very good. The pizza was good as always. Our server was very attentive. It was a party for a middle school soccer team. There were 17 girls and 2 adult coaches. I brought some pizza home for my family. They said that they forgot how good it was. I would definitely recommend it.

Sounded great I love steak and cheeseThis my friends was neither !!I ordered 2 12 inch steak and cheese and the steak fries. They looked like little hot pockets not a sub bun like a tiny wrap!Fries and steak covered in fake cheese sauce like at the movie theater. What a let down !!

Awful. Service was so bad then only item we ate was the bread. Waited 20 minutes to be greeted followed by another 20 minutes with bread and no water. We got up and left. We will never return to Bertucci's

Great experience. Bertucci's has taken every precaution to ensure diners are safe during COVID. Service was fantastic, and it was really nice to sit outside. I got the grilled salmon and it was yummy, the spinach that came with it was amazing. I could have eaten just a bowl of that alone!

I havent had a good experience the last two times at the Medford Ma location, but i like the food, so i tried the Reading Ma location with some friends. Much better experince. the FIG and PROSCIUTO pizza is outstanding. the sausage soup is always a staple for me when i go to this chain. consistently good. limoncello cake tastey.

Wasn't busy when we got there but filled up soon after. Noise level was low. Michael was our server and he was excellent. Friendly, stopped by to ask if we needed anything and asked how we liked our meal.

Service was good. Food was great. Forks were dirty and refills slow to appear. The tray stand was filthy and smelled horrible. Placed next to the table for the pizza it was a deterrent to enjoying the meal.

Order for dining companion was not what was ordered. Server was no whete in sight for about 10 minutes. When server was informed he notified manager on duty and appeared at the table to prove the order was submitted correctly to the kitchen. The manager offered to replace the meal served with the correct order. As the diner is diabetic, he declined but did request the missing ingredient (lobster). The manager brought a double portion heated in the same sauce as the dish.
