Nella's food is always great, but I was disappointed with a recent delivery order. We ordered on a Saturday evening at about 6pm. On the website when ordering it said 'delivery could be up to 75 minutes.' Our order took 90 minutes to deliver. I understand Saturday evenings can be busy, but if you set expectations correctly, customers can make an informed decision as to whether or not they want to place the order and wait. I love this place so much ! I typically get the takeout pizza and it’s absolutely delicious!! I just tried the meatball sub for the first time and I give it 5stars 😊 omg.. it is by far , the best meatball sub I’ve had in a long long time and closest to homemade that I’ve ever had as store bought !! Can't believe I've waited so long to make a review of the best food place in town. I've been going to Nella's since it was called Pizza Town and I've never had a bad experience with the food or the people that work there. Every sub I've ever gotten has been top notch 5/5 stars. Nella is awesome!
