I ordered a bang bang cauliflower for dinner and it came out sour tasting, it was not good. I put one piece on my plate, took a bite, and instantly put it right back into the plate it came on. We sat there for 15 minutes with no one checking on us. My water was empty the whole time we ate as well. I told the server when she finally checked on us that my food didn’t taste right and that I needed water. She didn’t offer for us to get anything else, not that we had the time to anyways with two little babies. She just took the plate away. She brought the check with the cauliflower still on the bill when it was not eaten at all. I asked about it and she said the manager said it was “half eaten”. It was not even touched besides the one piece that I put on my plate to eat, then put immediately back because it wasn’t good. Legitimately one bite was taken. It was ordered for my meal. I ate fried pickles for dinner and had to deal with an attitude and no one checking on us! We won’t be back.

Shameful, prices are outrageous to the quality of food. Loved this place several years ago, huge let down now.
Buffalo Cauliflower 16-17$ for six pieces? It’s good—it’s not $2.50 a piece good.
Haddock was alright…a little dry because someone in the kitchen has no clue how to bread a piece of fish correctly, also got more asparagus years ago…
Steak Tacos were the most egregious offense. Misleading menu 100%. For that price, and plating, expectation is 3 tacos. Don’t put two…overload with avocado like you’re hiding/masking flavor on a three taco stand holder with a wedge of lemon on the middle.
Server was blah, checked on us once in a fairly dead restaurant. Avoid. Head down the street to Bunratty Tavern or go to Wakefield or North Reading. Really disappointed how far downhill it went. Lastly, inflation is fine if the quality is there…this was straight cutting corners, being lazy, and misleading. Will not be back.

OK, so this is more about the service we received. The waiter could have cared less. I told him nothing but meat on my sandwich, and when I bit into it, there was sauerkraut on it . When I told the waiter he just matter of factly said oops sorry. We asked for more drinks . He said no problem, be right back, and disappeared . Came back 20 minutes later with the bill and didn't even ask if we wanted anything else. I will say this is the 1st bad experience I've had there. I will go back there and give it another try.
Update went back on a busy night. Service was excellent, food excellent price was good as well. So I will be returning

The worst salad since it was Biltmore & Main (a Caesar with iceberg and Italian dressing?!). I ordered a Cobb salad with chicken tenders, and that was one of the laziest salads I've experienced. The salad itself used coarsely chopped romaine (clearly their Caesar mix), with no cheese or dressing. The chicken was laughably tough (I'm guessing it was frozen after it was cooked, then battered and fried a second time, and at no point was any seasoning involved). My beer was soured and 3 of 4 in a flight as well, so I can't speak highly of the beer either. I've heard good things about the food in the past, but my experience definitely didn't match my expectations.

Just had to walk out 5 minutes ago after being ignored by the bartender for 15 minutes while we sat with menus in front of us at the bar. Never even got a drink. A bunch of obnoxious people filled the place in from a fun run and the bartender started getting all their drinks even though thud came in after us. Not to mention all the exits were blocked which is a violation of fire code.

Great food and great service! Pot of gold mac and cheese with short ribs is amazing. Sweet chili tenders and wings are great option. Don't forget about dessert?

I Just love this place food was excellent service was very friendly and prompt and asked us a couple of times if we needed anything else atmosphere seem very inviting and opened I would definitely recommend this place

I brought my 94 year old grandfather here who uses a walker and the entrance was not handicap accessible (stairs). The entrance at the front of the restaurant would have been handicap accessible but was blocked with a sign that said it was emergency use only and not available for customer use. When I asked staff about a handicap accessible entrance they directly us to the parking lot's entrance. We tried to leave this way was very difficult- there were parking spots immediately outside the door with cars parked in them. My grandfather could not squeeze between the cars with his walker. This was a disappointing experience and I would not return to a restaurant that does not make their business handicap friendly.

Cannot recommend. We've been here a few times, and the food is excellent. However, the service ranges from poor to non-existent. On our last trip our server completely disappeared, and I had to ask a bartender to get our check and get us cashed out. It's a real shame because the place has a lot of potential.

We had a great lunch with a couple of delicious beers! The wife had the Mahi-Mahi and I had the cod sandwich and fries. It was delicious, I would get it again.
