ZUCCA Italian Restaurant and Bar

It was our last night in Boston as we ended our vacation...and we wanted to have a fantastic meal with a seafood theme. Zucca did a superb job. At the advice of the owner my husband had salmon and I had lobster ravioli...it was excellent!

It's not often that you find a restaurant that has excellent service and wonderful food, but this is one of those places. Isaac and the rest of the staff were very pleasant and went out of their way to make sure that we had a great experience. I highly recommend giving Zuccas a try and I can't wait to try their breakfast place (Half and Half which is two doors down from Zuccas). Looking forward to a return visit!

Great romantic independent Italian restaurant. Has a North End feel. Small restaurant with great quality food and good service. Reservations are definitely recommended.
Good wine selection. I recommend the Fra Diavolo and the scallop risotto.

Highly recommend!!! Cute little place with a very comfortable environment and delicious food! Our server Issac was lovely with great service… very welcoming and he was the perfect amount of attentive. Able to assure me that my gluten allergy was able to be accommodated. Will be back!

We went to Zucca for the first time last night, and being Sunday it wasn't too busy. Service and food were excellent! Not just your traditional Italian choices - creative and tasty variations on the menu.

It was ok after 2 tries not rushing back anytime soon

I recently dined at Zucca Italian Restaurant and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The cozy atmosphere and attentive staff made for a welcoming environment. I ordered the gnocchi and it was done perfectly. The portions were generous, and each bite was bursting with authentic Italian flavors. I highly recommend Zucca for anyone seeking a memorable Italian dining experience in the Reading area.

After our second experience dining here, it’s time to write the review they deserve. This place is fantastic. The food is prepared perfectly and the options are great. It’s a small intimate space which gives a North End vibe in the heart of Reading. Isaac is the best. He runs the show at Zucca and clearly has such a passion for every aspect of the business. This is what makes the place so great. Isaac is proud of his restaurant and it shows. It’s become our new spot for date night and I can’t wait to go back.
He told us they own the breakfast place next door called Half & Half and we are excited to give that a shot next!
