Great place for a visit with friends. Not a bunch of seating but placed nicely for quiet conversations. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I hate this Starbucks. The employees are not social, the line is always long, my mobile orders are never ready on time, and they don’t make the drinks right. Go to another location.

The staff at this Starbucks are exceptional!
Edit: SO, I unfortunately have to completely reverse this review and it’s truly unfortunate because 90% of the staff at this location are solid and very friendly. There are a few rude staff members whose names I will omit but the name I won’t omit is the store manager. Andy, and I’m speaking directly to you, you disrespected me on so many levels I can’t begin to explain how disappointed I am in you, and can’t begin to express how disappointed my company and all the people I’ve sent there from it, are disappointed to hear what happened to me in your store and how you have handled it thus far. I bring in a significant amount of revenue to your store, upwards of conservatively $1000-$2000 per week given the number of people from my company who go there because I said go and see Andy if you need anything, he’s a good guy. Well apparently, you’re not a respectful man, not a kind man and I’m sorry but I don’t think you should be doing this job. At least not without some retraining, specifically some sensitivity training and perhaps how to be respectful to customers in general. Good luck Andy and Godspeed. My apologies to the rest of the staff I have gotten to love and really appreciate at this location. You will never see me again.

First pumpkin cold cream brew of the start to fall season! Tried the apple croissant and it was delicious and wonderfully toothsome. Loved the flavors and texture.
Raccoon cake pop for my youngest because he just loves the cake pops and it was super cute.
I'm not a regular Starbucks customer, just occasionally seasonal things.
My weird traditions.
So happy they open at 4:30AM!! I was able to get in and out before 6:30 to get to work on time.
Staff was friendly enough, They seemed super busy with a very long list of orders but it wasn't crazy or crowded.
I'm a fan.

I ordered to the wrong starbucks (down the street) on accident and the workers here are SO sweet & remade my drinks so I didn't have to drive somewhere else. I appreciate the customer service & will make sure to order from this one from now on while at work ☺️

They consistently forget part of my order. Last time, I was rudely asked to prove that I got a yogurt with my order. I had to go back out to my car to grab my phone and show them. The woman working there was so rude about it. I filled out an online complaint, but it was completely ignored.

They Give No Fux at this Bux!The staff is so unapologetically incompetent it is astonishing. From every single drink order needing to be fixed (only to the actual recipe; how can you not know this information?), to exchanging pics and texts while customers are waiting with no orders coming out, to treating customers as though THEY are the @$$h0les for wondering why nobody is working on orders, to "managers" asking customers to go to stand in line for a drink coupon when I already waited an exorbitant amount of time for my order which nobody was working on because they were all too busy on their phones(which they were shamelessly doing right in front of me while I waited patiently ).What's supposed to happen is this. I order and pay a minimum of $7 for a drink. You make my drink. You're at work, this is what you're getting paid to do. When I look around, confused because nobody is operating the oven, and a barista asks me if I'm waiting for a sandwich and confirms my name, you should then look over and confirm that the sandwich is being made. You do not treat the customer as if THEY are an inconvenience can't see or hear what is (not) happening. After the other baristas finish sharing pictures, decide to finally put your food in the oven(empty store, btw) and finally deliver said sandwich to frustrated customer, DO NOT ask that customer to go back to the register to get a drink ticket. You, as a "manager" should have managed that situation and grabbed the drink coupon as you were approaching me to "apologize for the inconvenience". A good manager would never come over and ask any customer to stand in line or go back to take more of their time to be further inconvenienced. I do not and will not frequent Starbucks anymore because this is more the rule than the exception. I used to work for Starbucks and I know this is not what it was then. I actually cared about my job.

It's a Starbucks. You know what you're going to get.
