I’m a DoorDash driver. The staff there does not know how to properly treat their customers. If they see a delivery driver waiting, they should ask whose order I’m picking up rather than follow the screen. Especially if there’s only one person waiting. Customers who walked in abs ordered at the counter also got their order before the mobile orders. That’s taking money out of my pocket by having to wait.

I went to go get a Mocha Java Chip . They no longer sell frozen items. Starbucks is often out of items. Takes 10 find a parking spot. Another 10 minutes to order. Then another 10 minutes to get your item. That's if they have it. I think I am going to call it a Day With Starbucks. No More Frozen Drinks!!! REALLY

There was only 3 people working. I waited at least 10 min for my drink. But it tasted super yummy after the wait. Which I appreciated that.

They always turn off mobile orders because they can’t handle them. And multiple times I’ve received my shaken espressos unshaken and they think we can’t tell. Nothing about this drink is shaken.
You guys. Please learn how to mark things unavailable on the app. I’m tired of driving down for an unavailable food item. And the drinks taste different everytime.
Great place to get a quick cuppa coffee after you wait for it for an hour

I’m sorry but you guys are taking way too long on mobile orders. I usually order it about 15 minutes before arriving.

I absolutely do NOT reccomend this location! Multiple times I had a problem , once I waited over 30 mins for my order which was suspended to be iced coffee they made hot after the 30 min wait because the girl taking orders forgot to put it in while to busy flirting with another customer. Second time was my last when I asked for extra caramel and was hardly any. I let the girl know and asked to fix it she took my drink back with a smile on her face holding the Caramel up super high squeezing excessive to the point I had to tell her that's way to much she laughed and said oh extra? Rhe manager was right there and did absolutely NOTHING. Don't waste your time.
From the manager Archie down to the wonderful baristas and others preparing drinks and food, this is my favorite Starbucks in the area. They are often slammed by online orders and I feel for them because customers unfairly assume an online order will be ready no matter how soon they arrive to pick it up after ordering. My mother always said, you can’t get blood from a rock. There is limited bandwidth because as Archie has informed me, 90% of their business is mobile orders and they can’t hire enough people to deal with those bottlenecks at busy times. There aren’t enough working aged people who want to work at Starbucks who actually live in Reading. Reading is an affluent community and most high school aged kids of working age don’t need to work and so it’s often out-of-towners who fill these roles at Starbucks. So they often have to close early because they just don’t have enough workers to keep the store going.
As an aside and take this with a grain of salt, but we must try to remember to be grateful in general for the gifts one has received in life be they personal, professional, financial and always try to remember to be kind and compassionate to people. Rewind your life if you must to a past life where things weren’t so fortunate for you and maybe you were the one struggling to make ends meet.
Perhaps that was never the case for you and God bless, your parents did something right or maybe they didn’t..haha, some people earn lots of money the wrong way. Not to get political, but there are some amongst us who were not only born with a silver spoon in their mouths but then took that silver spoon and made it gold off the backs of good people who were cheated and lied to. I won’t name names, but they love gold, have a golden toilet and likely worship a golden cow! I mean the guy did hawk steaks at one point. Question for those of you who defend his business acumen: how many bankruptcies has he had? How many failed businesses? You want that guy running the business of our country??? You know we can’t just declare bankruptcy and pull a get out jail free card right? But I digress as so often is this case!!!
My point is that this Starbucks rocks!!
Anyway, thank you Archie and company for always making my time in Starbucks pleasant.
Vegetarian options: Not sure, I’m a somewhat reluctant meat eater but was a pescatarian at one point. I’m fairly certain there are plenty of veg options available and some vegan too.
Dietary restrictions: Starbucks does a great job in general about being equitable in their product offerings. So there are many options for all types of dietary restricted people.
Parking: It gets busy, just use the lot across the street where the B of A atm is.
Kid-friendliness: Great safe space for kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in and out for wheelchairs. Good handicapped parking available.

Something has got to be going on at corporate with their cold brew. These 2 pumpkin foam cb are the worst coffees I’ve ever had in my life. The foam was white (no tint of orange) and the coffee literally tasted like coffee flavored water. I’ve been die hard Starbucks my whole life and I am finally about to stop going. They been like this for a while. This was just the final straw.

This STARBUCKS is the BEST! It’s a joy for me going into this STARBUCKS! They always get my order perfectly! Hannah and Kayla are ALWAYS so nice and friendly! Really everyone there is SO NICE! Whether I order something online or order in person it’s always comes out great!

Came here around 5:30pm. They close at 6:30. I waited half an hour for a drink because they were too busy cleaning and still didn’t even wash their own hands. They were talking negatively about everyone entering didn’t even matter if they ordered or not just straight up rude.

Only 1 person working the front.bWent in and ordered 2 frappachinos.. they started to make one, then had to help new customers. Needless to say I never got my other frappachino. I asked for a refund after she took the 3rd customers order

Worst Starbuck by far. I've tried several times. I won't be back. Remember your serving customers. We are people. You may have to interact with us. When you do interact with us. Please be kind and respectful. You have a secret service plan for your cold brew and I have to ask for it when I arrive. It's in the small print But. When I ask you where my online order is after waiting 30 minures in yiur shop. You could have just made it quickly instead of telling me loudly about your waiting until I arrived to pour it. I left so disgusted and never got my money back. Just rude !! And hey guy...you need to practice talking to people and helping them as your customer.
