Spent 25 bucks and asked for an extra cup. 53 cents... not going to happen. What a crappy policy. 8 bucks for a drink... No extra cup

An easy, in-and-out experience as far as the drive-thru is concerned. The menu and ordering screens have been updated, and if you're ordered ahead of time via the mobile app anyway, this should be a quick pickup if the driveway isn't clogged with cars ahead of you. As for the food, it's typical fast-food Dunkin's: bland coffee, empty donuts and baked goods, and ultra-processed, ultra-zapped hot items. Still, all cheap stuff if you have the addictive Dunkin's app with all its targeted discounts and bonus offers. Moreover, a convenient location if you're heading north towards Route 1 from the airport.Note: the insipidly contrived stock images currently dominating this Yelp listing have been uploaded by Dunkin' Corporate and do not reflect this particular location - a violation of Yelp rules. Who wants to see bare, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails shoving food or drink into their face? Do off-center, tackily slanted "action" shots add any value? Keep it classy and keep it focused on the food and drink with no distractions or gimmicks whatsoever.

For me, DD is DD. The only thing that makes them different really is the service. Super slow, wrong orders, rude...those get one or two stars. Otherwise it's a 3 from me. We stopped here to grab a drink on our way back to our car and leaving the city. They door was propped open and there was one worker inside. We ordered our drinks. My Refresher was great. His coffee was wrong. It was our mistake, ordering with the wrong words (swirl instead of shot). The lady noticed after one sip. She didn't hesitate and asked if she could fix it. She did, and it was perfect. And when we dropped a piece of trash in error, she bent to get it first-which made us feel bad. Great service here. Plenty of options even after noon. It was tidy inside including the sitting spots and where the straws were kept. Would recommend this little DD anytime.

staff needs to pay more attention to their orders. i just placed a drive thru order for a sausage egg and cheese on english muffin. they repeated the order correctly, but when I got home there was no sausage on the sandwich. i also tried calling the store but no one answers and no voicemail options.

I got to the Dunkin’ and I was ordering through the drive through and I could not hear nothing so when we were going to pay and the man that was going to get our stuff he was cleaning the floor and didn’t even wash his hands or put gloves on so that just made it all disgusting I get this Dunkin’ Donuts a one out five
