I'm from Philly born and raised. So I'm biased when it comes to soft pretzels. I come to this store when I get home sick and without fail the pretzels here bring me back to Southwest Philly. They are fresh, soft, chewy and salted to perfection just like back home. When you get to the store the smell alone will grab you.

The best soft pretzels I've had since I was a child! Excellent service, courteous staff, and absolutely great pretzels. One suggestion for the owner is to consider making pretzels with no salt, or other toppings like onions, garlic, or everything Bagel topping.

Horrible pretzel way to salty and stale. I have been to a lot of pretzel places a this def worse one never again such a waist of money. Don't waist your money here ul regret it...I just read your response very "professional" of you the pretzel are way to salty I don't try to hurt small business if anything I try to help but those pretzels are a true disappointment do better next time instead of worrying about my writing take some lessons on how to improve your "small" business surprised the place is still open.
