The best soft pretzels I've had since I was a child! Excellent service, courteous staff, and absolutely great pretzels. One suggestion for the owner is to consider making pretzels with no salt, or other toppings like onions, garlic, or everything Bagel topping.

Horrible pretzel way to salty and stale. I have been to a lot of pretzel places a this def worse one never again such a waist of money. Don't waist your money here ul regret it...I just read your response very "professional" of you the pretzel are way to salty I don't try to hurt small business if anything I try to help but those pretzels are a true disappointment do better next time instead of worrying about my writing take some lessons on how to improve your "small" business surprised the place is still open.

I was born and raised in Philly and the pretzels at this shop are REAL Philly Pretzels just like the ones I bought from street vendors when I was a kid.. They even have the right spicy brown mustard to go with them.. Really glad that I can now get them here..

Can't beat a great pretzel, and these are great. Crispy outside and soft chewy inside, not overly salty. Always warm and if you order enough they typically make a fresh batch. Just watch the hours and days they are open, used to be closed on Mondays. The only thing better would be a location closer to Rhode Island.

When this place opened a few years ago, I never thought they would last. Here we are a few years later and they are going strong. If you are throwing a party or going to a party and want to bring something, get a huge tray of rivets with a bunch of dipping sauces. They are a show stopper and a crowd pleaser. They are very addictive!

The pretzels here are absolutely delicious! The dough is sooo good and the pretzels are big. I also tried the cinnamon twist pretzels which was DELICIOUS. Highly recommend! It's right off the rotary and there's parking.
