“On February 27, 2025, around 7:15 p.m., I came into the store to order food. When I got home and sat down to eat, I took a bite of the double burger I bought. It felt like I was biting down on two hockey pucks. Needless to say, I threw it out. I have been coming here for about 20 years and have always had fresh, well-cooked burgers. The place wasn't crowded, so I guess that couldn't have been the reason. I'm very disappointed because these meals aren't cheap anymore. Maybe in the future, retrain your employees or have them pay more attention while cooking the food.“
“I initially came to Wendy's to use their bathroom, but there wasn't anyone in line to order; so, I decided to get a combo meal, which turned out to be a good idea and their new style of soda machines are absolutely fabulous. Everywhere I see these types of soda fountain machines business is great. Thank you for a wonderful experience!“
