“The new manager is on top of things and the staff do try, but sometimes things still go wrong (asked for no sauce on sandwich, receipt shows that but sandwich still has sauce) and often we don't find it until we are long gone. In the store one of those drinks machines is always out of the flavor we want. “horrible 2nd shift manager is rude. Doesn't know how to talk to customers. Should not be a manager. And she can't get the orders correct. She should not be working with people to be working in the back away from customers and doing something that she possibly can do. Maybe sweeping floors. First shift is great. All the work is my friendly and get what is correct and is sufficient in getting orders to the customer. Drive-thru is great!Kid-friendliness: And try getting a key tags for the frostys ? “
