Placed order for doordash delivery and items were missing and were charged for. Will never order from them again. Obviously looking at the reviews this is a big problem at this store. Corporate should take a look at this, why charged a customer for items not received, that is stealing.
My friend and I went here on Wednesday night at 8:30pm. We asked for a peppermint frosty and apparently they don’t serve it anymore… (so please take it off the menu then) The fries were cold and honestly not good at all. We got a chicken sandwich and it was not cooked all the way through and there was juice coming out of it? It was my first time coming here and I was so excited… I will never be coming back here. Don’t recommend!!!!!!

Wish you could give zero stars. The service is beyond terrible, get new employees that want to work and are up to pace, you're better off going to McDonald's save your money, time, and better quality. This Wendy's needs to be moved out and replaced?
