“The hot dogs are great no matter how you take them. The fries are cooked to order & always hot, crispy, yet fluffy on the inside. I always ask for them salted & they are never over oily. The service is always quick, above par & done with a smile. Although their delicious hot dogs are a simple food. Elliot's is still a landmark, cathedral of historic downtown Lowell MA. ? ? ? ??“

“It's my first time trying this place I had gotten the mango berries smoothie and it was really fresh seem like they only use fresh fruit didn't taste no powder additives and there crabagoon was also good lots of filling not to sweet or crabby tasting also the people are friendly and seems they just opened up.“

“I heard of this establishment through a friend and it was well received. The owners were kind and courteous while patiently awaiting my order as a first timer. The menu is incredibly crafted with a variety of options. I had the “Uncle Fred” sandwich in which all the ingredients were made to order! I additionally had the bread pudding made fresh to order and it was delicious. I even got a free drink and cornbread just for showing up! I will be a regular as quality , price and management are next level.“

“horrible 2nd shift manager is rude. Doesn't know how to talk to customers. Should not be a manager. And she can't get the orders correct. She should not be working with people to be working in the back away from customers and doing something that she possibly can do. Maybe sweeping floors. First shift is great. All the work is my friendly and get what is correct and is sufficient in getting orders to the customer. Drive-thru is great!

“Delicious food! I like their banh mi and laab pork I believe is the name. I like their banh mi over yummy express only because this place uses bigger cucumber and can taste better in each bite lol. They open at 7am which is great for getting lunch on my way to work in the morning. Been here many times and it’s always delicious!“

“Okay, I very rarely take time out to write a review, let alone a review of a Taco Bell, BUT I just had to give a shout out to the amazing staff here! I have never had such a kind interaction with a quick service food crew! Literally the whole crew working there was polite, kind, and smiling. They went out of their way to help not only me, but all of their customers that I saw come through. I know people say that young kids do not know how to interact with adults nowadays …well, those people have not seen this staff! Honestly, what an amazing group of employees! I hope the owner of this Taco Bell gives them the praise they deserve.“
