“I don't eat fast food. If Subway is fast food then that's my favorite. With that said I go to the Miccy D's on Chelmsford St in Lowell for coffee. Not expensive and they make whatever you ask for. Sweet, funny, polite and absolutely awesome coffee. Very impressed with that store... across the board.a“

“Stopped in on 10/17/23 and the store was FREEZING!! No one working knew how to adjust the thermostat, not even the shift leader that i was told was working a double that day. Got home, and because of the store freezing temp, we had to heat the subs (cold subs) in the microwave to soften the rock hard bread to eat the food. We will continue to patronize this location, but wanted SOMEONE in a higher position to know about the issue. (District manager, Area director or owner of the company)“

“This was the freshest and best quality of food we have gotten. We visit 3 other locations more regularly and this was the first time coming to the Hudson location. The 2 double cheeseburgers were made correctly with our customizations, the burgers were fresh and juicy with the perfect amount of sauce and it was put together without cheese halfway off the burger and other ways we have gotten it from other places. They really were good for McDonald's. Plus our fries were salty, fresh, and soft instead of stale, tasteless, and so old and dried out you choke on them like in other locations. Plus the customer service was pleasant and didn't have us waiting for 15 minutes for 2 burgers and a small frie. Good job Hudson 10 PM Monday crew!“

“I can't explain to you walking into this location in first meeting Amanda Samantha they are wonderful and Burger King you don't find that I also had my children with me and they made a mess and they didn't care the restrooms were stocked and cleaned I was excited about that she'll find that in a restaurant dining room was spectacular clean tables were wiped floor was swept crowns everywhere food was hot food was also fresh they sat and talked to us they have English and Spanish to wear no matter what you can order they're very happy and outgoing personalities and I give Burger King here at 10 star if Amanda and Samantha aren't there I will never order“

“Subway's Hudson location is easy to overlook, but the food and service are at the top of the line for this franchise. If you are looking for a tasty, filling, but inexpensive meal, definitely stop in there. Make sure you ask for or have your frequent customer card with you to accumulate points toward an eventual discount. This is a good choice when you want something just a little bit special but you don't want to cook for dinner.“

“Whoever the kid is working on Oct. 30 2020 did a fantastic job but subway needs to have two employees working. How can you have one kid making sub after sub with 10 people in line? Well my hats off to that kid cause he handled it like a BOSS! Give that young man a raise!“

“Used drive thru and the person taking our order was pleasant and helpful. At the window there was a sign saying they were short staffed but the line moved quickly and our order was right up. You would never know from their performance or demeanor they were short handed so kudos to a job well done!“
