He was extremely kind, personable and attentive. He provided one of the most seamless flow of service almost as if he could read my mind! “Incredible, flavorful, memorable ramen that we will be coming back for over and over again. Tonkotsu was just amazing. The pork belly was still crispy, the mushrooms were savory, the noodles had an excellent chew, and the broth was something I wish I could bottle and save forever.The roasted duck bao bun was similarly delicious with a slight sweetness and a slow building heat that kicked things off perfectly. I really can't say enough positive things about 1981. Delicious and worth it.“
“The food was really fresh and tasty. The quantity was more than enough for the 2 of us. We ate there, and took the rest of the food to home, that extra food lasted for 2 more days. If anybody is looking for a fusion cuisine between american and korean food, you should definitely check this place out.“
“I'd prefer the pizza more well done, but you get lots of toppings for your money - at least with the grilled bbq and Buffalo chicken. It's perfect if you throw it in the oven for a few more minutes to crisp it up a bit. But if you like a floppier pizza, you'll love it!“
