“🍕 UPDATE: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This place age is like fine wine truly a legendary spot to pick up pizza from or dine in for a slice. Never mind the whole pizza topped with whatever you’d like as they have manage choices to choose from. Most importantly it had been a few years since my last experience and I must say Carlos provided truly exceptional customer service during the phone call to place the order and additionally when I picked it up. From handle on the phones to the register it is without being said, incredibly rare to have quality employees like him in this particular industry. Wishing the espressos business nothing but the best from here on out and especially Carlos thank you very much for your courteous and friendly service. I couldn’t have been welcomed back in a better way.

“I have been eating here at this restaurant for the last 30 something years and they never fail to be the best food ever it's amazing Greek people that run it and I happen to be great so I love Greek pizza sauce and they've got a huge menu so if you haven't been here already I suggest you check it out ASAP because you have no idea what you're missing out on! New review of 5 stars as of 5/29/26 - there is an employee here who is kind and doesn't mind my asking for what I want.
I get what I order when I speak directly with people in the restaurant. I ask to truly get extra cheese because I ordered it and unless I ask directly I get skimpy cheese. I also ask if they can possibly tak6for the pizza out 30 seconds to a minute early. It seems to be normal at a lot of places now to burn the crust (IMHO) before saying a pizza is ready.

The gentleman who helped me completely understood and promised to make me happy. He did! Pasta, pizza (extra cheese and sausage) and wings are all delicious and fully cooked without being burnt. I don't want to be a pain, and I know staff have to work quickly and stay focused, but responding to my requests which took 30 seconds or less, got me what I paid for and made me decide to eat here again.

Pizza was fresh, had a good amount if toppings and was done quickly. I picked it up and while there was only one person in the store at the time, he greeted me immediately and let me know he would just be a minute. I could see he was making a pizza. He was fast, kind, professional. The experience exceeded my expectations.

Update from a visit a week or so ago:

The guy in charge was incredibly helpful with the coupons and very professional. This time the the food was even better than the previous review. A while ago we had a 3 topping pizza without much cheese. One of the 3 toppings was extra cheese, so it was a bummer. I mentioned it this time and he guaranteed it would be done right. It was! The wings were not overdone, they were perfect! I highly recommend this location!

Jan 2024:

What is the issue with cheese? I ordered extra cheese and Italian sausage on a medium hand tossed pizza . Many places on the pizza had no cheese: the middle, near the crust edge, and other random places on the pizza.

I took a picture and hoped to tell manager one day. I didn't think one was there the next time I went which was by mistake only a few days later. I ordered online and thought I was ordering at a different location, but by accident I ordered from here. I ordered a large hand tossed pizza with extra cheese and sausage and at least there were no places without cheese, but it did not seem like extra cheese.

I like a good deal, my husband likes the wings, and family likes the garlic flavor of pizza. But most of all I i like cheese and I like getting what I ordered, especially if I paid extra for it.

Please do better!

Also a young staff member laughed when I checked my pizza before leaving the second recent visit. I explained That my pizza did not have enough cheese and a few pieces had barely any. We split it (along with wings,) between 3 people. Not ok when you only get 2-3 small pieces with bald spots when you wanted and paid for extra cheese. The staff member laughed.“

“We got 2 large platters (one hot and one raw) for 4 adults. WoW. That was a lot of food. The presentation was beautiful, one on a boat and the other on a bridge. The pieces were huge and very fresh. A lot of different combinations to try. The waitstaff was so nice. Highly recommend!“

“Came in around 730pm last night (May 11th) for a burger plate, and damn was that a good idea! Absolutely phenomenal, I couldn't wait to get home, I ate right outside. Once finished, I walked in to let them know they did a fantastic job with cooking. Wow! Wow! Top 3 burger EASY!!!

“I'd like to take a moment to do a shout out to the 77 Mammoth rd Domino's in Lowell, MA. Thank you, for always getting our order right and to the hard working crew that nows how to work as a team! Also, a special shout out to the manager Cassie that was working last night. Either a big smile on her face, she was working her tail off even while wearing a cast on her arm. Ive never seen a manager more patient and happy to help customers and co-workers alike. A manager like that is hard to come and it was refreshing to see one who seemed to be genuinely happy to be at work. Give that store and manager the recognition they deserve!“

“I’ve only ordered takeout and had it delivered. As a vegetarian, many places have a limited selection of items. Pizza Hazel has a great selection of vegetarian items. I can’t recommend their falafel wrap with hummus enough. They also have fantastic jalapeño poppers. They taste homemade and not like the store bought ones that most of the other places around here serve. Everything I’ve purchased tastes fresh. I used to go to a couple of the other pizza shops, but Pizza Hazel is definitely becoming my favorite.“

“In the midst of a blizzard Santoro's stayed open and was one of the only places open despite the chaotic conditions. I simply got Wing Dings and spicy fries. The Wing Dings were super crispy and better than any I've ever had at a bar or sit down restaurant. The portion of the fries was generous and very tasty as well. Very appreciative they stayed open late despite the blizzard and delivered an excellent experience.“
