“This place is the definition of a HIDDEN GEM. My boyfriend and I wanted to grab a quick bite after the gym and we came across El Bunker on Google. When we walked in we were greeted by Camilla who is the sweetest! She was making Pão de Quiejo and they were AMAZING. (even better than fogo de chao in my opinion)We both got the Cuban sandwich which was so yummy. The bread was toasted and the garlic sauce really made the sandwich. I also got the guava shake and it was delicious and my boyfriend got a coffee with condensed milk which he loved.This place deserves more recognition for the quality of food and service they provide. Definitely will be visiting more!“

“I’m a big fan of bubble tea. I love the Thai milk tea with bubbles. It tastes amazing. I keep going there very often. This is a clean and neat store. It can easily accommodate 25-30 people. Service time is quick, you should get your order within 5min. They are slightly pricey compared to other joints. Parking could be an issue. You will have to find a street parking, which could be challenging over the weekends. Staff is friendly.“

“Sometimes food makes me emotional. This food definitely did. Makes me so proud to be a part of the Hispanic community. The new owners know exactly what they are doing. Food made to order and very fresh! I got my mofongo made to order and the atmosphere was so welcoming and the staff are so nice and welcoming with a smile. I will definitely be coming here for my traditional meals. NEW FAVORITE IN LOWELL!
Vegetarian options: You can get plant based food. Plátano, onions white rice, mofongo without meat. You can definitely speak with them about your restrictions!
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp into the restaurant and space for a wheelchair to stroll through.“

“We checked out the new Koto location to have dinner and then catch some bands playing. The waitstaff were still getting up to speed, but they were still great. The food was fantastic, and the party scorpion bowl is definite order. Here's to a solid restaurant offering thrilling live music.“

“This cafe in Mill No. 5 is awesome, I went there for the first time a week ago. The girl that was working the register was super nice, I ordered a BLT which came out so quick. Simple sandwich, but it was absolutely delicious! They use some aioli instead of mayo and it was divine. There’s big tables you can sit at and even a small back room, I noticed a lot of people were on their laptops doing work. There’s a small bookshelf in the back of the cafe, and I really liked the overall vibe in there!“

“I would recommend going if you have hours to just sit. We sat 10 minutes before anyone knew sat at the bar and the bartender moved at a snails pace. That being said the food was awesome.“

“I literally stumbled across this shop while visiting another food establishment nearby. I can't resist a place that offers cheese, so ai went in. I was delighted to find out that tasting samples is encouraged here! I bought many things, including a ham and gruyere sandwich, a cheese plate full of incredible cheeses, pate, terrine, and a few other things. I found the prices to be very reasonable and I was extremely appreciative of the lesson in French cuisine. I live a bit of a distance, but I know that I will likely make a few trips back here throughout the year, because this shop is one of a kind.“
