“I place a mobile order a few times a week before I go in for my afternoon shift at work, being pregnant Wendy’s is not only cheap but my biggest craving lol. Just moved to the area a couple months back but this location has never given me an issue. I customize my order sometimes and it’s always made right. Always made fresh. And always fast. Even if it’s just stopping by for ice water. No sauces or napkins ever missing. Employees are all so kind inside and at window! I was a fast food manager for 7 years so I know good customer service when I see it and this place is great! 🥰 shoutout to the staff!“

“Last night, I had a mobile order placed at Southbridge Street after going there, they informed me that they didn’t have any nuggets like at all whatsoever, So they sent me to this location, After getting my order, I realize that they forgot my nugs party pack, (50 Nuggets btw). I made a complaint through their app And today I got a call from their amazing store manager Fabio, He sincerely apologized for the mistake And promised that if I came into the store today, he would give me my Nugs Free of cost. Yeah I Was very angry I couldn’t enjoy my entire meal last night, but it made me realize People are human and people make mistakes. “This location has switched to an AI ordering system at the drive thru. I wasn't a fan. Food was good but some of the items that the AI allowed us to order wasn't available and had to be switched at the window. Bring back the people!“
