Bathroom: No soap and smelled foul, very dirty floor (despite bathroom being locked)
Cola Machine was flat, fries were luke warm, condiments were available upon request, (not a big problem but if they forget to add a straw, fork or ketchup you have to bother the cashier each time.)

I stopped in for a $6 Biggie Bag and was pretty psych-ed to get Wendy's because it's usually REALLY GOOD but what I got was PATHETIC. The burger obviously sat for some time and came with so much ketchup on it it was ridiculous. The small fry that was in the bag was half full. The chicken nuggets were good. I placed a mobile order, but my order came wrong, so I had to go inside to have them correct it. Then it came wrong again. I understand making an order wrong once, as I've worked in food service before. The issue I have is getting it wrong twice after confirming with two of the employees on duty what the order should be. Another issue I have is when I said I didn't want the food anymore, I just wanted a refund, but they proceeded to make the food and ignore my refund request....read full review
