On February 27, 2025, around 7:15 p.m., I came into the store to order food. When I got home and sat down to eat, I took a bite of the double burger I bought. It felt like I was biting down on two hockey pucks. Needless to say, I threw it out. I have been coming here for about 20 years and have always had fresh, well-cooked burgers. The place wasn't crowded, so I guess that couldn't have been the reason. I'm very disappointed because these meals aren't cheap anymore. Maybe in the future, retrain your employees or have them pay more attention while cooking the food.

I wait 15 mins before I left b/c no one ask me to take my order, even after asking if someone can help me all the ppl in the back was talking not doing anything there was only one employee working on pick up orders.
The people working didn't seem to understand much English and they told someone with a service dog they couldn't be there

How hard is it to say thank you at the end of transaction. Employees are always rude and ready to fight. Wendy’s can you please pay them more money to cheer them up?
