A very welcoming place!

My wife and I stopped today to taste their donuts. We walked though the orchard and then tried some of their wines. Our hostess, Sarah, was one of our best memories of our trip. She had us sample several of their homemade wine and a hard cider. A fun experience! We ended up purchasing 5 different wines to take back to Indiana be ause we couldn't decide which we liked best. I hardly ever do reviews but Furnace Brook is exceptional! We had wonderful service and Amanda made our girls weekend winery trip special. She catered to our tastes and suggested various combinations that we thoroughly enjoyed. We shared stories and photos of our families including crazy dogs. We had the fabulous goat cheese and pesto pizza twice baked by Sarah - sharing her great sense of humor … the first one was in the sun too long!!! 😝 Spoken like a true family member! We had such a relaxing fun day, we came back for a wine couple of favorites the next day. 💕 We highly recommend the Furnace Brook Winery and will come back next time we’re in the area!

We had an absolutely wonderful time here. The apple cider donuts are so delicious you will want eat some there and also be sure to take some to go. They are unique and can’t be found anywhere else. Their wines are great and ciders are also excellent. The grounds are beautiful and the staff are friendly and enthusiastic to help you taste new flavors and specialties. We decided to try everything and we need up grabbing a bunch of items from the shop on our way out. We can’t wait to go back. Highly recommended!

IT WAS MY FIRST TIME HERE ON 8/2/25 ALONG WITH MY TWO BEST FRIENDS.. ONE OF THEM IS HERE ON VACATION WITH US, BUT SHE'LL BE RETURNING BACK TO FLORIDA SOON.. I HEARD ABOUT THIS PLACE FROM A COLLEGUE, SO I TOLD THEM AND WE ALL WERE EXCITED TO SEE WHAT THIS BEAUTIFUL PLACE IS ALL ABOUT.. WE ARE GLAD WE DID.. WE DID WINE TASTING WHEN WE FIRST ARRIVED AND MET ONE OF THE OWNERS HER NAME IS SARA.. SUCH A KIND SOUL.. GREETED US RIGHT OFF THE BAT.. WE HAVE BEEN BESTIE'S FOR 33 YEARS, SINCE MIDDLE SCHOOL! THE WINES AND CIDERS ARE SUPER DELICIOUS.. I HAD TOLD HER I LOVE SWEET WINES.. I LOVE THE APPLE ICE WINE IS MY FAVORITE.. THE MANGO AND WATERMELON CIDERS ARE DELICIOUS TOO.. THE CIDER DONUTS ARE GOOD.. THEY HAVE APPLE, CHERRY AND PEACH PIES, WHOOPIE DONUTS, APPLES, PEACHES AND NECTARINES, AND BLUEBERRY SCONES. SO MANY SELECTIONS OF WINES AND CIDERS.. THEY HAVE ALOT OF STUFF.. THEY ALSO SELL HOT SAUCES, TSHIRTS, HATS, EARRINGS, MAGNETS, BOTTLE OF WINES, SYRUPS. & CANS OF CIDER.. EVEN HAVE APPLE PICKING BUT JUST NOT THE SEASON UNTILTHE FIRST OR SECOND WEEK IN SEPTEMBER WE WERE TOLD TO COME BACK THEN.. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED! GO AND HAVE A DAY FULL OF FUN AND PAMPERING.. This place is absolutely amazing! They have the best apple cider donuts around and they are a must have if you are in the Berkshires. All of the staff are extremely kind and amazing. This place is just amazing all around!

5 if us went in on August 1st to do a tasting and we were not acknowledged. We waited about 20 minutes and were ignored, it was really rude and uncomfortable. We ended up leaving. I was really excited to bring my friends here as I have gone in the past and it was very disappointing.

I like this place a lot. And it's a place I bring people when they visit. Works in warm and cold seasons. Outside seating(some screened in and shaded), fireplace... just all around nice. And there's a beer bar in the tasting room as well with around 16 taps of local options in addition to all the wines, ciders, and liqueurs. My one gripe with the spot is the inconsistency of availability of the ciders in cans. Haven't been able to get the Coconut Lime on my last few trips.

Relative Of Uncle Dave and Sarah, besides that this place is great, very dog friendly, you should try the Cider Dounts as they taste very good, I hope someone can see this and pick apples and have a good time, well have a good day everyone!

This was my second time visiting Hilltop, and both times the experience was amazing. Sarah and her staff were super attentive, very personable, and made our experience special. The first time I went was for my bachlorette weekend and this time I got to finally bring my husband. The atmosphere is super rustic and warm, we were treated to more than the allotted choices for our tasting. We happily bought all of our favorites, some delicious apple cider doughnuts, and Sarah gave us a bunch of little freebies. Watching the way she interacts with her customers, she provides a unique experience for everyone tailored to you. I 10/10 recommend coming here. We will certainly be back, and hopefully in the fall for apple picking! Ps try the apfelkorn! Sarah created it and its AH-mazing 😁 the mango apple cider was also a favorite of ours

It is no exaggeration to say they have the best apple cider donuts on the planet. The owner is so kind and helpful. I also tried apple cider wine for the first time which was phenomenal. A must see place to go in the Berkshire’s.
