When I asked my now-husband how he envisioned the food for our wedding, his reply was "pig roast". So, I Googled "pig roast" and "wedding," and found Heirloom Fire, who are so far above and beyond a pig on a spit, I can hardly believe I was lucky enough that my search terms led me to them. There is not much to say, Heirloom Fire is the best!
We worked with Heirloom Fire on our tenth anniversary celebration. The food was outstanding, and the unique and impressive display of their cooking techniques added a really fun element to the party. They were also able to accommodate a large group of children, and the s'mores add on was a big hit :) Communication and planning was professional and thorough, and even with some rain during the event everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Heirloom Fire!
