We hired them for our rehearsal dinner instead of our wedding, in part so we could be more present and engaged with the experience. When I mentioned my love of edible hay, James created for our dinner a hay milk punch. When we wanted a drinks list rather than a full open bar, he provided the bar support. When my mother imported a wheel of aged asiago cheese from Italy, he made it a seamless part of the experience. When my in-laws suddenly could not attend, he incorporated their foraged foods with his, in honor of them. “We purchased a vegan chocolate cake, mini apple cider donuts, and chocolate walnut cookies. All were delicious, and a nice surprise! They have several clearly marked vegan items in the bakery section in the back of the store and also in the case by the registers. They seemed to carry a lot of vegan-friendly items and brands as well, and I saw that they carry their own line of homemade vegan fresh pasta (we didn't try it, but it looked great).“

“BITE is the best, I wanted to enjoy my recent party and not do all the cooking myself. They made it easy, creating a simple menu with something for everyone. They served from my driveway, their generator was at the far end of the party, so no one heard it. The food was fantastic! Everyone loved ordering what they wanted. Plus, they all wanted a side of perfectly crispy tater tots!“
