“DOESNT RECOMMEND Order an italian mix sub with everything. Have been going to Prima since John's FAMILY opened 30+ years. Simple request, italian mix with everything o&v. What I ordered was not what I got. No lettuce, no taste. When I called they said I ordered it that way and argued with me on it. Great customer service. And I was told John hasn't worked there for awhile. Well thats the problem!!! Prima will not be ordered from the Sedgwick family again.“

“I recently lost my husband at the beginning of the holiday weekend. Although she was not officially working Betsy answered my "desperate" message and walked me through everything for after the service on Tues.......when we arrived home everything was set up nicely and on time. The food was beyond amazing in taste as well as the quantity. The meatballs and sauce were so good the leftovers are frozen. “I just used 2shea catering (out of the Italian American community center venue) for my sister in law’s bridal shower this past weekend. Not only was the venue beautifully set up, the staff was exceptional and ensured that everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was fantastic. We chose items from the “garden party” menu and everything was delicious. Fan favorites: garbage breads, the cornbread Turkey sandwiches, the passed cucumber and Boursin cheese bites. “Anthony and his staff go beyond what they have to do. I needed cannoli shells. I called and they said they have a lot of them. Went to pick them up and someone brought all six boxes. I was upset because I didn't want to make them. Anthony back into the back and let me buy shells they had made for their own. I was in tears. He didn't have to do that. Had to go back the next day to get deli and he remember me and asked how I made out. The best around. The staff is great and friendly. Thank you once again for helping me out.“
