“We were lucky enough to have Kim and Lily and The Rose cater our wedding, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. Kim’s artistry and creativity shined through in creating a food menu that incorporated all of our favorites. We had a slightly unusual wedding day, featuring an additional stop before the reception, and Kim was more than happy to create the perfect menu to accompany the entire event. At the end of the day, our guests raved to us about how fantastic the food was from start to end — Kim even incorporated some of our more specific asks like a custom Pimm’s Cup drink, craft beers, tea sandwiches, gluten free options and much more. Her team were absolutely a pleasure to work with leading up to and on the day of our wedding. Above all, we feel privileged to have met someone during our wedding planning process who cares deeply about us. In the many phone calls, Zoom calls, in-person meetings that go into planning a wedding, Kim took the time to really get to know us as people and as a couple. Not only did we have food that people raved about, but we also feel like we met someone whose passion for life is infectious and who we want to keep in touch for years to come.“

Chef Brandon really listens to his clients and customizes the menu to your experience. I never thought comfort food could be so classy and well done. House made mozzarella (order early before it sells out l!), hand breaded cutlets, sauce so good you can taste the San Marzano tomatos and fresh basil- Fuggedaboutit!! I used to order the dinner special over pasta for myself but now the Sunday tradition is order a Chicken Parm Dinner for 10 from their Catering Menu and watch the Bills play ❤️?Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner- Fat Paulies got ya covered with homemade everything from soups & salads to meatballs and Broccoli Rabe, house roasted turkey and beef tenderloin, even grocery and Italian specialty items! The staff is friendly and the owner always comes out to say hi to my kiddos. Best part is this Italian girl doesn't have to go to the city for my favs- Fat Paulies is right in Saratoga Springs!“

We toured many in Saratoga as we knew we wanted to get married there, but the level of detail and organization from the team had me at ease and feeling very comfortable the day would be seamless. From signing the contract and up until the day of my wedding, Liz was so great to work with, answering any questions as we made our selections and having all the details come together. “First off, Ice cream is always good, duh it’s ben and jerry’s! Second off, i was having a Low blood sugar moment and i felt like i was going to faint. Me and my boyfriend did not have money, as both of our cards were declining due to bank issues during the solar eclipse. I felt like i was going to faint, so my boyfriend went in and asked if there was anything we could get for free, we were both very worried i was going to faint. I forget his name, but the guy who was at the counter gave me a small dish of ice cream and two bananas, which prevented me from fainting! Thanks :)“
